EXCELLENT SERVICE!
My wife took her 24 year old Acura in for an oil change, but also to fix the air conditioning which had been not working for a while. We thought that the air conditioning unit may have failed, but the mechanics found it was out of Freon, and needed some replacement bolts. They also fixed the turn signals to work, and found the cause of a strange sound when driving the car. All in all, it was a good experience. I particularly liked how they communicated with my wife as the work was being completed. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Asked to have a fluid leak on my car checked and also wanted an oil change
I dropped my car off and it was ready the same day.John said the fluid leak was just a hose clamp on my power steering they fixed that and oil change tire rotation brake and fluid check. Being an older female I was so worried that the leak was going to be something expensive fortunately John was honest and only had to put a clamp on the hose.
I would highly recommend Trinity Auto Worx. I feel very fortunate to have them in our area and appreciate John’s honesty. This will be where I go for all my car maintenance! Iris Hite

Fair & Honest mechanic!!
John is amazing. No matter what I break on my Jeep he has fixed it without complaint! I feel they are honest and fair and they stand by their work. Being a female I don't feel like they are selling me stuff or repairs I don't need!!

TRULY EXCELLENT QUALITY
GOOD GUY report here for Trinity Auto Worx, which is owned by a local fellow. I’ve had our four vehicles worked on by T. O. W. any number of times now, always with the best of results following. Now it’s time for some work on BRAKES and T. O. W. is getting our business AGAIN. That’s because they’re HONEST and their pricing is SENSIBLE !!!! Plus, the shop is only minutes from our house!

Working on Customer's Best Interest
I had my car towed at this location as it was disabled and called Bo where he assures me that he will look into the issue. He gave me a call and explained that before having them fix it which will cost me money, he went above and beyond to check and told me that the issue is related to an open recall which the dealer can fix at no cost. I have arranged the towing to get it off Trinity Auto Worx location and moved to the dealer. Thanks to Bo for being super honest about the situation and putting the customer's best interest before I spend even a dollar with them. God bless you Bo and Trinity Auto Worx and I wish you nothing but continued success! High Recommend shop!

Reliable and helpful
Trinity Auto Worx replaced a belt in the car and notified me before work began that the KIA dealership had removed and not replaced the engine cover. KIA still hasn't taken responsibility, but I didn't even know something was missing. Before even starting work, the shop took me to my vehicle and showed me. It's not something I ever thought I would have to do (check under the hood after a repair). I appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of this shop and will continue to give them business as I can.

1997 Jeep Cherokee - They did it again!!
My grandson's Jeep Cherokee had an issue with stalling and not starting - it was at another (we won't mention names) auto shop for over 3 months, and $1,000 later, he picked it up and didn't get 2 miles away and it stalled and wouldn't start. Called Trinity AutoWorx and they towed it to their place, as soon as they got to it, they repaired it! It stalled again and wouldn't start about a week later, had it towed back to Trinity Auto Worx, they found another wiring issue, repaired it at no charge - just picked it up and it's running great! Thanks Trinity Auto Worx.

Battery replacement
Bo took the time to replace the battery as soon as I arrived. He replaced the corroded connectors and refurbished the battery holder. I couldn't ask for better service.

Oil leak
I brought my Chrysler 300 to Trinity Autoworx to have an oil leak fixed. John emailed me an estimate, ordered the parts and did a professional job repairing the car. John and Bo are very respectful and answered all my questions.
