Excellent, quick service!
I was referred by two people in Keyport to use Trudell Automotive, and he didn’t disappoint. I got clear, direct answers to my questions, a full breakdown of everything that was wrong with my vehicle, and honest answers as to whether it needed to be worked on or not. I was lucky he checked my rear rotors, because it was something that would have become a severe safety issue if not handled immediately. I got a detailed invoice, as well as comprehensive overview of the vehicle diagnostics. He will be my first call the next time I need anything worked on with my vehicle!

Solved the problem
My corvette developed a little play in the steering. I first I thought it was the rack and pinion, which is a very costly job. After just a few hours later I received a phone call saying it was ready. Ian found the problem and thankfully it wasn’t the rack. He looked over the entire car and was very reasonable price. Thank you Ian

Awesome service!!
I came out of work to a flat tire. Called to see if there is anyway I could get it fixed. I was able to bring my truck in on my way home and got it fixed with quick service!

Figured out what 2 other shops could not
I had intermittent problems with my truck that another local shop and dealership could not diagnose. Not only did Ian show immense knowledge on the subject, but he was able to quickly diagnose, confirm, and fix the problem within a few days. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.
