Tires

I went there for 2 tires and that's it. They tried to sell me 2 more tires that they say were over inflated and wore the center out. That pisses me off as they were the ones who put them on only 8 months ago. I have never put air in my tires, therefore they did it but it's my fault. Also they tried to sell me a full brake job. Brakes and rotors. I did not ask for that or even to check them as they were fairly recently done.

Upset I was not provided any guidance about the alignment.

Provide individuals guidance on vehicles when getting an alignment. With a vehicle with higher miles - ask about if they should get their struts replaced or anything else with their suspension so they are able to make an informed decision about what they want to do next before the alignment. Like me, I now have to get another alignment because I did not know that changing the struts will be cause for another alignment. If I knew that was the case or was asked about if anything else should be done due to the high miles - I would have saved $80 and not have had to find another shop to have work done to my other vehicles. Will more than gladly change the review if this can be resolved or if I am just crap out of luck for not knowing about the industry and not have the proper guidance.
