Friendly customer service.
Making appointment was the best. After receiving notification for my B service, the rep asked for my mileage and suggested I had enough time based on the mileage from the last service. The service went well. Kudos to them.

There was definitely a difference in customer service
I’ve been taking my car here for over 2 years and have always been extremely impressed but today was a little different… they let me walk out without asking for the key, I was also told that I was call and there was a message left letting me know my car was ready and that is not true no one called me I had to call to see if my car was ready. I’ve never experienced this in the past…
