After paying over $5,000 my engine was still not running. Then they tried to get another $1,000 to do the plugs. Worst mechanics and the rudest most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with. They need to close Down.

I think Sam and Preston are doing the best they can with lack of help.After 2 engines put in and 4 months passed then it was stated that they did not have right diagnostic tools for VW. Gave me 3 loaners that stranded me. After I wrote an unflattering review, I was told they would not work more on car if I didnt change the review to a good one. Without transportation with the 2012 car I brought in, I lost my job for missing nurse shifts
Finally had it towed out after 4 mths! Not changing this review. Get more help guys, you could do better. Erase the flattering one!!! Im out a job no transportation!!

Worst of the worst!
Wish I could give zero stars or less. Having no ride to pick me up I had to wait 8 full hours for a 2 hour job. Manager Sam didn't say a single word to me during my wait, nor did owner Ali. Didn't offer a cold water or a simple kind word. Been taking my 2 cars to then since they opened. The only bright side where the mechanics who gave me a cold drink and apologized for the long wait for parts. Sam was cold as could be at the end. A simple kind word from her and I would not be writing this bad review.
I returned to the auto shop I usually go to for a smog check to find it closed and shuttered. I needed an oil change, as well. I walked around the strip mall of auto repair shops to see if anyone would take me immediately. I was able to get it done w/o an appointment. Very kind owner and staff, and seeing the ASE CERTIFIED certificate on the wall, I asked how many mechanics are certified. "All of them," I was told. G1 status for everyone but two, and they are G2s. I have a #1 rule: I DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE, UNLESS THE MECHANIC IS ASE CERTIFIED. Yes, I will go back for future needs.
I give them 5 stars for doing a great job! They fix my car right away. I recommended the United Auto Care Center! Thanks to United Auto Care Center now I’m comfortable driving my car!!☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They put in a rebuilt engine in my vehicle.They charged me 700.00 over their estimated price.They charged me for parts that was bad in the rebuild engine that they got. They even tried to charge for parts that we brought in. They had to re-run the credit card 3 times because of mistakes. I drive the vehicle 2 miles and the check engine light comes on. And they stole my ice chest.
Car broke down on a Friday, and I called United Auto Care. They helped arrange a tow truck, diagnosed my car quickly, and had the repair done earlier than expected. Ali and his team are the best mechanics I’ve been to, and have been the only team to work on my cars for the past five years. I highly recommend them for their service and quick turnaround, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers.
Body work came out pretty good, especially for 800, but not flawless. Was willing to pay for new parts but was talked into refurbishing the damaged ones for $800 so I can't complain. They did paint my undamaged gas-cap for no reason, and while I appreciate the extra effort, they painted it a gloss black when it had always been flat black. Have a misfire and was told I needed all new coils and sparkplugs, I told the manager just to do the spark plugs. Charged $300 for coils that I said not to put on. I have a brand new set of coils at home so I'm out $300 for nothing. Plus the A/C compressor I told them not to put in they said was in and tried to charge me for it. It wasn't put in and they did take the charge off though, but they told me the A/C was fine, it hasn't blown cold in years, still doesn't.
These guys were good to me. I didn't have to wait long for them to service my car. They showed me what was wrong with my car rather than just telling me and I thought that was really cool.
