I can't give a zero!!!
i bought a car from them in 2016 and they sold it to me specifically stating that it has a "clean title." I trusted that was the case.
Today, 8.31.2020 I need to get a larger car... so I saw a dealer about trading it in and he gave me a car fax report. Come to find out, it is a "branded title/buyback lemmon!!!"
They totally lied and ripped me off! This is illegal! But now they are out of business and I am screwed!

Stole my identity and lied to me
After 6 weeks I had still not received my loan papers or license plates so I started looking into the matter. The bank they told me I got financed with told me that they turned me down and there was no loan through them. A couple days later I got loan papers from a different bank when I went down to the bank to look at the papers all of my identity was falsified, my signatures forged, they use contacts and references of people that I've never heard of, and probably don't exist. In addition to that when they submitted it to the bank they change the sell amounts and added over $1,000 more than our original agreement. The Expedition they sold me was advertised as gently used however when I got it it was out of gas dirty needed air in the tires and I had nothing but problems with it the entire time I had it. I had to threaten to sue them for identity theft and turn them into the DMV before I could get anybody to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. This dealership is the living definition of a slimy used car sales lot with the type of people you would expect to work in a place like that. If you avoid this place the world will be a better place.

Disappointed
I bought a 2016 polaris rzr from these guys at what seemed like a reasonable price. 4 days later and 18 miles, there isn't any oil in the engine, and it won't start. I take it to my mechanic who says it was either sold to me with hardly any oil, or it's burning/using oil really fast. So I bring it back to them. After the weekend I go in to discuss returning it. The owner explains what he thinks the problem is, but insists that the damage was my fault. We discuss some different options, including his team fixing it and splitting the cost of the repair. I offer to pay him $1000 for any damage to the rzr so he will take it back, but he wanted $2k. After discussing it with my family we decide it isn't worth putting the money in to fix it. Instead we pay $2000 so he will take back this ATV. After having it a total of 8 days, leaving it at their place over the weekend, and putting less than 50 miles on what should be an amazing machine, I have to pay this place $2000 so they can fix the engine damage. I guess everyone should check the engine oil on the vehicles they buy here. Legally, they did everything just fine. However, I won't be going back there.

Not a good experience
by Jerry Womack from Cedar City
April 3, 2017
I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from this business on January 28th, 2017. I paid them by check which was cashed in a few days and the money withdrawn from my account. It is now April 3, 2017, over two months, and I have not yet received my permanent license plates or title. Each time I call, I am passed from one employee to another. Each time, the employee gives me a different story and I am never told when I can expect to get the plates and title. I am extremely frustrated. I will never buy another vehicle from these people and would not recommend the business to anyone.

No communication. No follow-up. Non-committal...
Short review: Stay away from this dealer.

Why two stars?
- 9/16/2016 They stayed open for me and stayed late to get me the vehicle. They 'paid' off my trade-in-car loan in full. (As of October 1st, 2016 the vehicle had not been paid off)

Why not the other three stars?
- 9/16/2016 The sold me a car that had MAJOR transmission issues and tried to cover it up by selling me an Alpha Auto Warranty. (Yeh, I knew it had transmission issues when I picked it up but had no idea the hard-shift and the slipping out of gear issue would end up costing me $3700.00).
- 9/29/2016 Contacted the dealership and left a message for the sales person to call me back, which he did a couple hours later. Told him the issues and the repair amount. Told him that I was going to send him the quote and asked him what they might be able to do for us (even though we bought it as is). His reply was to have their mechanics install a used transmission or give a couple of oil changes for free. He also said that he would talk the issue over with his manager and get back to me. I told him that I was not going to let them work on the transmission or replace it with a used transmission
. - 9/30/2016 Sent the quote for repair to Nery Gonzalez (Finance guy) and asked him to forward it to the Salesperson to review.
- 10/5/2016 Unloaded about $3700.00 at a transmission shop (Alpha Warranty pitched in only $2500.00) in order to get my car back. - 10/10/2016 Sent an email to Nery Gonzalez again to inquire the reason my trade-in had not yet been paid off... no response. My wife called and spoke with Nery Gonzalez and he said that he hadn't seen ANY of the emails from me regarding what was going on. This is the straw the broke the proverbial "camels back". (I have the correct email because he had to forward my my paperwork via email because his printer was out of paper on Friday September 16, 2016). At this point nothing. Their silence is deafening and lack of response wreaks of unprofessionalism.

In short: Stay away from this dealer.
