My engine grow
Everytime that I am going to change my oil wherever I go they use 5 quarts and replaced the filter. Today for the third time I used a Valvoline Groupon on this location at 1004 S Hampton Rd, Dallas, TX 75208. The first 2 times I paid $10.87 for taxes and that's it. Today suddenly my engine grow because indicate my car used 7.5 quarts. Someone can explain me this? I paid $33.00 extra, I ended paying more that if I didn't have the $50 coupon. Two weird things; before they start the service they ask me if I had a Groupon and second how my car use more oil that it ever used in the 8 yrs that I have it? I don't have proof but some scams is happening in this location.

BEWARE
During an oil change, an employee inadvertently broke the driver side mirror on my Envoy. The “Regional Manager” ignored my claim for payment to repair the damage. Recently I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with FOX 6 and within the week I received a telephone call promising payment. Seeing will be believing
