The entire company Allied Residential is a fraud. A joke.
The company operates on premise of only making money with little or no care for residents and their well being. Its beyond me that you could even begin to think that your "maintenance" is even that. My 6 year old cleans better and knows better than you. In the 2 years I've unfortunately been here the hallway outside my unit has been vacuumed twice. And I have emails stating that's not the case and that there are biweekly or monthly cleanings... Blue Line Protective Services whom is the "security" onsite never responds to phone calls unless you call them pretending to be interested in their services.. just like villa capri they are all bark and no bite. Nothing ever gets done here Dont think for a second that anything will change. Someone please burn this cesspool down..
