Upfront with costs and good customer service
I had my check engine light come on and after running the free diagnostic at AutoZone, I took the report indicating a problem with my mass air flow sensor to Votech. They asked if I wanted them to go ahead and replace it or to double check that there was a problem with the sensor. They made it clear that they would get the OEM part because aftermarket sensors had failed in Nissans they replaced in the past. Once confirming the part was faulty, they gave an estimate before doing the work that didn’t change. When I picked up my car, they also showed concern about other things they noticed during the part replacement that weren’t issues yet but told me to keep an eye on. Overall, a great experience.

Votech is the best.
I was referred to Votech by another mechanic. I’m glad I listened. Votech specializes in both Toyota and Lexus. The staff at Votech are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and very professional. I was in and out within 35 minutes. I will definitely be back!
