My first visit to Vu's Modern Auto
When to Vu's today 2/8/25, for the first time for an Alignment on my 2021 Lexus LX570. I was a little unsure at first, as I always have my work done at the dealer, but they were booked out to far. I decided to get it done closer to home and faster, so I called Vu's, and they told me to come in. I had gone there the previous day but they were to busy, so I went back today. There was a little wait as it was lunchtime and had other cars ahead of me. Nontheless, they got me in and out pretty quickly. The customer service was very pleasant and friendly, yet professional. As far as the actual auto service, it seems like they did what they were supposed to do. You cannot really tell with an Alignment unless it's really bad. Well all seems well so far and I did not experience anything unusual once I left with my vehicle. They did say they would give me a print out of the results but did not. I don't believe it was intentional, they must have just forgot to put it in my vehicle. Nontheless I would still like it, so, I'll see if they can email it to me. I would definitely return for other services in the future if I have the need and do not feel like going all the way out to the dealer or waiting since they are so close to my house.

Excellent service
They have an excellent of communication and time efficient for me. I called a day before asking for inquires about braking pad replacement and had a clear understanding from them. I dropped of the cars in the morning and they keep me posted . I brought in my own braking pads, front and rear. They called me about the front doesn’t fit and they helped me to order them and had them delivered to the shop in the same day. I was about to picked up my car after work. Great and reliable service.
