Rude and unprofessional.
We could have settled this low key with a phone call but since Wade won’t call me back I’m writing about my experience. The mechanic that worked on my van left the old spark plug wires draped over the motor after installing the new ones. It appears that they deliberately took the foil off the antifreeze container balled it up and threw it in the coolant reservoir tank as if it were a trash can. This could lead to future cooling issues including water pump failure. These complaints are only the latest of the string of issues I had with this shop. My other complaints include front desk person is extremely rude and not easy to work with. They refused to perform some of the repairs I requested. Failed to reset check engine light. Overall I would give them zero stars if I could. I would not be bringing any of my vehicles back to Wades automotive and I highly recommend that you don’t bring your vehicle to them.

Wade Does It Again!
Wade and his crew have once again provided SUPER service! The transmission in my truck went bad, Wade diagnosed the problem promptly, fixed my truck and got it done faster than the expected time given. Truck is running like new again!

Kind, Competent, and Reasonable
I have had multiple good experiences with Wade's. I do most of my own auto work so when I need help it's usually a big job or a tough one and they make it look so easy. Job is always done in a timely manner and is done right.
I am always terrified to call due to the trauma of being ripped off in the past by mechanics like so many of us have. That's why I try to fix my own cars in the firat place. Every now and then over several years the job is too much for me and after I call and use them I am always so blown away at how great they are.
I'm always afraid they will have changed with the time gone by but it's been too many years of consistency to entertain those fears anymore. I would recommend Wade's to everyone.
