Bleed front brakes and proceeded to the rears where as I took the drums off brake hardware fell out both sides. At this point went to W/C Ford to speak to Tim the manager. When asked why they charged him 2 times in 3 months for front brakes he replied how am I to know what happened 1 1/2 years ago. Then we spoke about the rear brakes in pieces with pictures and Tim told Bruce I'll get the parts for you and make it right. Well 4 days go by and finally get notice parts are there. Bruce picked up brake hardware and what do you know wrong hardware and they go it from Orileys not Ford?? Tim had called the previous week and asked what size shoes in the rear. How could he not know they put them on! Well with the wrong hardware brought it back to Tim and asked what they were going to do for this man. Tim told me he worked it out and that was not right. Bruce told me he is going to comp me an alignment because his front tires were getting chewed up and I told him you already paid for that and it was done wrong so thats not a comp. Sum it up he paid 2 times in 3 months for front brakes, rear brakes looked like Helen Keller did them, booster line left to rub through in belts which would have killed him or someone else and a alignment that is wiping out his tires, oh yes aftermarket parts from a factory dealer. Tim basically told me to get out of his department, told him I'm contacting the B.A.R. In all sense of the title "A Killer Brake Job".
