We continue to maintain that same level of customer service today at all of our locations! No matter what your auto repair needs are, our team at Wayne's Auto Repair will meet them.

Each of our locations (Powell, Westerville, Columbus) has a team of highly trained individuals there to meet your needs daily. Most of our team has been employed by Wayne's Auto Repair for many years, this means we treat you, the customer as family. We remember you, your vehicle, and the needed service you ask for! Quick and efficient service
They are always quick to get me in and always do good work. This time i brought my car in for regular/known maintenance and upon inspection they found a serious issue that needed addressed asap. They were helpful and explained everything. They were still able to get it all done in one day! Great service!

Amazing Experience. Treated Like Family
I have gotten a-lot of work done on my vehicle at Waynes Auto, located off Schrock RD.

I am always treated well and talked to with respect. Both Rick (The Mechanic) and Rick ( The Service Manager) along with Joe, were kind enough to fit me on a drop off and order my parts same day and get my vehicle repaired. They were kind enough to honor my warranty that had expired. They always have amazing customer service and they use integrity and honesty when working with customers. I watched them tell a few customers how to fix some things in order to save the customers money and time. Overall the experience is always good and honest. It give me a peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in good hands.

I've worked with Wayne's before and have always had good experiences. I started at the Powell (OH) location (around 3/21/25) and Jason recommended support from their Westerville location pour expedite the repairs on my '09 Toyota Tacoma. Rick then managed the engagement me and I can't say enough great things about the W-ville location. Repairs included new valve gaskets, new E-brake, new rotors, brake pads, drums, and headlight balancing. These guys are paired with a towing service so I can just call them for this (or other vehicles) if towing into the shop is necessaire, as part of the costs. Highly recommend them because I came from a family that owned a garage service for over 50 yrs and, like us, these guys genuinely care about good service.

Quality of service
Sadly we will no longer be going to Wayne's after being a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. Our Kia was misdiagnosed and we were told it was fixed and had been test driven. Picked it up and check engine light on and knocking. Put other parts on and then removed them as car moved to a dealership for repairs. Owner would not reimburse one of the parts that was taken back off. This is not the first time we've picked a vehicle up and it was not repaired. So, as much as we hate it, we aren't going back. The Schrock Rd store management has changed several times over the last few years as well.

Not honest about diagnosis amount
Wonderful staff and management. But Rick informed me it’ll be $79 for the diagnosis and when I got my receipt back it shows $94 .05 showing he charged $2 and change for taxes which is ok but then charged $5.60 for “shop supplies “ this is weird as that should be included in the $79 because how can they perform a diagnosis without using their tools ? Very fraud definitely happy I took my car to another shop 2 miles away who are honest . I will be posting my receipt and review on google also

Tony said the manager quoted a price and at the time he picked up his vehicle the manager was out of town, so the price was not reduced. They do great work but they're a little pricey.

Awesome experience

Great Customer Service
Nothing but great things to say about Wayne’s Auto Repair! From the first call to picking up my vehicle, their customer service was excellent. They took the extra time to ensure my warranty coverage was accurate, the parts were sourced accurately and I was updated every step of the way. I originally went there on a recommendation from my sister who needed a muffler welded. They were honest about their pricing (they can weld, but it’s expensive because it’s not their specialty) and recommended someone else. Their transparency earned them a new loyal customer. Thanks again!
