ripped me off
i bought a mitsubishi eclipse the whole process was fast and they were efficient but they scammed me and said i had to get the 3m package or they wouldn’t sell me the vehicle which was over $2500 and i just went with it cause i wanted the vehicle but then when i went to the kia to do the financing it was right at the end of the day so he threw everything together and i signed everything quickly and went the next day to pick it up when i rewiewed the paper work i realized they charged me over $2500 more then what was discussed with the sales person at mitsubishi they gave me a price including gst then the financing person charged gst on top of that price and added other things in the price to change the amount i was paying i have called multiple times to get this corrected and a refund they aren’t doing anything about it i even opted in on extended warranty cause i know this helps the dealership and added other things instead of buying on my own so they could make a bit extra and i put $5000 down and it all got eaten up by the extra charges they charged me its like i didn’t even give them that very disappointed cause i wanted to buy another vehicle there.

Amazing shopping experience

Special mention ,I had an outstanding experience with Christine, finance manager and just want to share! From start to finish, Christine went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine willingness to help made a total sales experience WOW?.
Highly recommended dealership for best deals with great customer service !!
