I took my vehicle to get an inspection done and I was so impressed by their professional customer service that I went back for an oil change and was equally impressed. They are honest and don't try to upsale you on things you don't need. I will definitely be a repeat customer and spread the word.

Truck Door
I recently brought my 1996 truck in for an annual inspection and the driver’s door wouldn’t open from the inside. This had previously happened many years ago and was repaired then. They called me and explained the issue; I agreed to them removing the door panel so they could inspect the linkage. They were able to adjust the linkage and I was only charged a very minimal/fair fee for this work. I got my truck back ready to go 2 days after dropping it off. I was most satisfied with the service and courtesy received.

Tires rubbing immediately after getting the truck lifted.
I went to at Western auto after being recommended by Gloucester Toyota employees. Brandon is who helped me at Western auto. I told Brandon I wanted a Level kit for my tundra. Brandon recommended a 3.5 inch rough country lift kit. I explain to Brandon I’m not a mechanic and I don’t know anything and I need them to make sure everything is completely finished and done. No problems. Brandon assured me they’ve got it covered after bringing my truck in one time. They said they had the parts turns out the parts weren’t there. I had to pick up the truck take it back again for a second time for them to do the installation. After the installation was done, the tires were rubbing on the crossbars. Turns out the truck can’t even pass inspection now I am screwed. I went to Brandon and told him that they’re rubbing and he recommended spacers he offered no other solution than that.
