Had my car towed to them as it would not start. They got to it late in the day, and it started up. They did a thorough diagnostic on the car, it started fine, left it overnight and it started the next day. The diagnostic showed no error codes.
They did not charge me as they said they did do anything. Also advised me the car was still under warranty and if happens again should take it to the dealer. Thanks for being honest.

They broke my truck!
Wish I could give zero stars! Went for an emission test. Drove just fine, girl drives my truck into the bay just fine and then A big THUNK! Now my truck won’t go into gear and they did NOTHING to help me. Refused to look at it or help in any way after she broke my truck! Had to get towed after going for a simple emissions test! Stay away!!!

Great place to get your car fixed!
My car was having issues with the timing belt and timing tensioner. It was making a ticking noise and sounded horrible. Whits was able to get it into the shop in a reasonable amount of time and fix it within a day. They had to do a complete oil change because towards the end when they were putting everything back together the motor mount was bad and had to be replaced. They didn’t charge me for the oil change labor! Such a good company and would definitely recommend them for any car repairs you have

Trustworthy people & fair pricing
Being a woman, I've always been intimidated when it's time for my car to go to the shop. Being newer to Nampa, I spoke with 2 "car guys" - a trusted friend & our next door neighbor. Right off, both of them, separately, said they go to Whit's, for the great service, the people there & their pricing - that was enough for me! I took my car in & was delighted! Their pricing was very fair & their staff, including the technicians, are top notch. My car was repaired, two different issues, it needed a 100,000 mile tune up & at nearly 100,000 miles, I chose to have the timing belt replaced (which is recommended by the car mfg.), and, secondly, a new higher-end battery I'd recently gotten at Auto Zone wasn't starting consistently. Whit's checked everything out & found that the battery issue was from my alternator belt being a little loose, so they tightened that up and my car starts first time, every time again. My car was done & ready to pick sooner than expected, too - what a great experience - start to finish! I'll be back when needed - and I give a rating of "10 + ."
Spectacular! Stupendous! Did I mention that I really, REALLY like them? Friendly, personable, and they do a great job. I never have a problem with them in any way, shape or form.
