Unbelievably bad!
With an appointment made several weeks in advance, they kept our car for ten (10) days for an a/c issue. No status update calls. All calls to them were unreturned including one to the service manager and two to the general manager. If your choices are World Car and abandoning the vehicle, just walk away.

BUYER BEWARE
"PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER AT YOU OWN PERIL"
My car has been there waiting to be repaired for over a year.
I had to purchase another vehicle from a different manufacturer so that I could have transportation. After taking my car in for service many times for the same issue the dealership stalled until the warranty expired and now wants me to pay for the repairs that they should have made when the car was under warranty. There is a "CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT" pending on Hyundai vehicles, however Hyundai will play the game and drag
this out in the courts for as long as possible. Mean while my car is of no use to me sitting there at World Car Hyundai North. Can anyone recommend any legal action I can take to get justice in this case? Talking to the dealership or Hyundai corporate hasn't produced any results as it is apparent that Hyundai doesn't stand behind there products. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS MANUFACTURER OR DEALER AGAIN AND WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING SO TO CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS OR BE DAMNED.

Poor communication skills
Had an appointment to change out the Sound Amp on my 2023 Tucson. Dropped the car off at 7:30 and tech verified part was on hand. Waited while work was going to be done with an estimate of 10am for work to be completed.
At 10am saw my vehicle brought to the front, the new tech said they couldn't do the work as they had to ORDER the part. When I explained the 1st tech verified part was on ha d he went in the back and confirmed it was in and they would get to it next. Had to reschedule for another day as I had business that afternoon

Service department understaffed
I had my car towed there beginning of April as none of the 3 Hyundai dealerships in the Austin area could see me for 3 months. My car would not start and I had to take it to a Hyundai dealership to get diagnosed. Long story short, I did not get my car until last week. Unfortunately, the service department is understaffed. Technicians and staff have left. You cannot get anyone on the phone as other people have said. I did get texts in the beginning and then it stopped. I had to call Hyundai corporate to get involved. They have hired a new service tech and he was really great. So I hope from now on service improves. I am happy to have my car back but frustrated it took 3 months.

Horrible customer service
I bought my car 4 years ago from them. The first 3 1/2 was good but now I have been going back there for the last 6 months doing oil consumption testing. They still have not heard anything from hyundai, never answer the phone, will not return calls and never text with an update. I am tired of them but need to get my car fixed. Not sure what to do.

Sketchy and untrustworthy
Dropped my genesis off for a scheduled appointment that I made over the phone with an actual person. Confirmed the appointment on my own the day before. Go in to drop it off and they have no idea what’s suppose to be going on with my car. I express a few issues and an oil change which I was quoted would take about 2-3 hours. No problem. 5 hours later I’m calling back to see if my car is ready and I get asked AGAIN “what are we doing to your car? Nothing was written down?” They had my car for almost 6 hours total and when I picked it up it said it still needed to be serviced. I asked for receipts showing what was done to my car and they were going to email them to me. Still nothing. This is the only dealership where I feel they would lie about servicing a vehicle when I’m reality they didn’t. It’s dangerous and illegal.

Need improvement, returning vehicle to customers.
It took the dealership thirty days to return my vehicle to me. Too every time I tried to contact, the service department or left voicemail no one contacted me back. I always had to go up to the dealership for information on my vehicle.

What's the point of appointments?
I scheduled an appointment for my wife's 2022 Santa Cruz to have a bug shield and wind guards installed.
Four and a half hours later the vehicle was still parked outside waiting to be serviced. My wife finally fed up with the wait asked to take the truck home since no one had even started to work on it.
The Service Rep went to tell the technicians that we were asking to take the truck home and they immediately jumped on it and in 20 minutes had the bug shield and wind guards installed.
A four and a half hour wait for 20 minutes worth of work! Extremely UNSAT!!! Needless to say, we will not be returning for any type of service at Word Car Hyundai North!

Service is great if you can get in touch with someone to schedule appointment. Advisors rarely answer the phone and NEVER return calls to schedule appointment.

This is now my 4th horrible experience with World Car Hyundai North! I can never get anyone on the phone for anything! Can’t even find out if my car is ready!!! I call, leave messages and no return calls EVER!!!

I wish I never bought my car from your dealership! Every aspect of every experience has been a nightmare! Bad salespeople, didn’t get what I asked for when I got my car, tint was messed up, never got blue link set up, had to buy wheel locks myself, when I got my car I waited 3 hours for a dirty car with no gas AFTER All my financials were done.

Service never calls back when your car is ready and god forbid you try to call to make an appointment!

I could go on and on with all the less than satisfactory service I have received in the last 10 months I have owned my car.

Got the clarification I needed
I had originally left a 3 star review because I had gotten an oil change I didn’t think was due. It turns out I was given an oil change at 5K and 7500 mile checkups. It was actually due at the 7500. The manager reached out and clarified when the next one is due to avoid future confusion. The staff are very friendly and treat my car with respect. I will continue to use World Car for all my service needs.

Not like normal
Normally the service is great. This time they gave me an oil change I didn’t ask for and then didn’t even update the sticker on my windshield to the new oil change due date. I only brought it in for the 7500 mile checkup.

Worst service ever
The service was so bad, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Started to admire the Hyundai brand and after this experience, I will make sure my next vehicle is not Hyundai.
