This is the only shop I will always take my car here theguys at the front desk is amazing ,especially Aron and the guy who work with him,they was honest and explained what was wrong with my car,they gave me a good price because other shops was telling me lies,but World Class Auto is a class of its own and I will highly recommend this shop to all of my friends and family, plus they also detail my car for free before I picked it up.Thanks guys

Great Service!

I brought my car in to replace the rear brakes. Aaron, Matthew and Marc were extremely professional. I was able to pick my car up before the day was over. It was pouring rain before I left and Mark went above and beyond to drive my car from their lot up to the garage so I can just hop in my car. Ty so much for the great service!

Affordable Expert automotive repair in Boca

Horrific

Please don't go to this shop! They are scammers and LIARS!! They charged us over $10000.00 in unauthorized parts and labor and DEMANDED WE PAY IN CASH ONLY!! Jeff and Arend are the worst people to deal with in customer service. They have absolutely NO IDEA HOW TO SPEAK with customers. Do yourself a favor and read all the 1-star Yelp reviews 1st! I'm sure they purchase 5-star reviews. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would.!

Simply the best

I took my 2009 BMW to World Class auto, I was having electrical issues with my vehicle. I took my car to many repair facilities to find out why the car would just quit running. I went to 5 different European repair facilities, none of them were able to Diagnose why my car quit running, tired of paying to tow my car from shop to shop, a freind of mine told me about World Class auto, so again i towed my car, This time over to World Class auto. The show room was well presented, I seen in the waiting area on entire wall covered in ASE Certifications. I asked if I can speak to Micheal there Mater technician whos name was on all of those Certifications. Michael at world class auto took the time to listen to my horror story, Then Michael asked me a variety of questions about my cars situation that nobody has asked me before. Michael assured me he would diagnose my car for me. Michael had all the certifications showing an enormous amount of education to become a certified Master technician. I left my car there and three days of diagnosing my car Michael found a break in my wiring harness causing all my issue's, After months of going to repair facilities and finding out they just were not able to find the issue with my car. That was costly and frustrating. I wanted to thank Michael and World Class Auto for their knowledge and hard work. Now my car has been perfect, no issues. Thank you again to the team at World Class, for your service and professionalism, hard to find people.

I appreciate honesty and quality work. That is exactly what you will get here at World Class Auto Repairs. The guys here are amazing and they truly care. Also, being a woman it's hard to find mechanics you trust that aren't steering you in the wrong direction - but these guys have proved to me time and time again that they have my best interest at heart. STAY AWAY - DAMAGED MY WHEELS

STAY AWAY! NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY DAMAGED MY WHEELS AND BASICALLY TOLD ME TO "F OFF" BEFORE HANGING UP ON ME. I ADDED PROOF OF IMAGES/VIDEOS ON GOOGLE REVIEW.

I took my GTR there after getting new tires installed 2-3 days prior just to get the tires balanced and I also had them do an alignment and oil change. The tires were installed by a mobile service at my house and the car was not driven until taken to World ClassLESS auto.

They damaged 2 of my wheels and I have video proof that the damage was NOT there after the other company had installed the tires 2-3 days prior. Video is after the installation and clearly shows the wheels without damage.

I brought this up the day I got my car back and they said they had to review the video footage at their shop and would call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK so I called them. Then they said, it was impossible for them to damage it, which is CLEARLY not true (because they did). I told them I had evidence and they said the owner would call me. The owner has not called me once.
Then, I called back again before the holidays and they said the owner would be away till after the new year and will reach out after the new year. They never reached out. So I called them back on Thursday 1/11. They said he isn't in. I told them to have him call me the following week because this is ridiculous. Friday 1/19 comes and still nothing, so I called them. Not sure who I spoke to, but after being on hold they picked up and said "we reviewed the footage from our cameras and we couldn't have done it. We're done here" and then HUNG UP without letting me speak.

Additional context: My detailer came to do a maintenance wash the day after the tires were mounted which is the day before I took it to world classless auto and he confirmed there was no damage to the wheels before bringing it to World ClassLESS.

Additionally, their work wash shotty. I can get past the fact that they used grey wheel weights on black wheels, but if you look at the photos (added on my Google Review), you will see how they couldn't even add the weights properly.

Unless they reach out to remedy it, I will be having a lawyer contact them and will be reporting via other channels as well.

I had a mobile company come to my house to do the mounting. There is a video of them doing a walk around AFTER the install. It isn't the most clear, but it is clear enough to see there is no gash in the wheel like you can see in the photo. I also did a frame by frame with commentary from that video showing there was clearly no damage from the tire installer and the damage was clearly done by world classless. All evidence is added on the google review. I am unable to add photos/videos to this review.

World Class Auto Repair is the Best in Town

Electrical System

I brought my BMW into World Class Auto to have my electrical system worked on. The dealership had my car for 3 weeks and could not repair my car, a friend of mine recommended World Class Auto. I had my car towed to World Class Auto and they repaired a short in the wire harness in 1 day at a very reasonable price. The staff are very professional and nice. I finally found a great repair facility.

Horrendous. Run away and fast!!

If I could give a negative score I would. I wouldn’t trust this shop to put air in my tires.

I took my 2002 Jag XK8 for service on the convertible top in January, 2023. The top was not working properly and fluid was leaking from the latch mechanism. Everything else in the car was operating properly.

A month later the car was returned to me. I put the top down on a lovely night and lo and behold, it would not go back up. I had paid close to 3000$ for the repair work.

To their credit when I brought the car back they promised to get it right. The car was in the shop until August!! You read that correctly.
August. 8 months in the shop.

So the top operates reasonably well now. But the latch does not recede when the top is down. The horror is the total lack of quality control. I drove the car home. The rear view mirror flopped around every time there was a bump in the road. Dangerous , you think!!! The air bag sensor remains on permanently. The third brake light , which sits on the trunk of the car, was broken, the radio, admittedly an inexpensive aftermarket one, was detached , the driver’s side mat was gone , the vanity mirror was gone ..

The AC didn’t work at all.
And the bonnet which covers the top when it recedes into the well is missing.

There is absolutely NO quality control. I immediately called the shop
Manager Aaron , who said he’d get back to me, didn’t. His attitude was surly at best. No call back came. When I told him the bonnet was missing he was very dismissive, suggesting that I could be sure it wasn’t put on a Mazda convertible!!

I just had to spend over 900$ replacing the rear view mirror and fixing the AC.

If you have a Jag , go to Jaguar Motor Service in DelRay. See Roberto, a shop owner who knows what he’s doing and cares about you and your car. Get it fixed quickly and properly. World Class is anything but !

charged us $2000 to put in a part that had nothing to do with what was wrong with the car

absolute worst and most dishonest shop that I’ve ever worked with… Three times in a row. We brought my car in because it was in limp mode and it was having big trouble shifting gears… I definitely thought it was a transmission problem because my car is so old but every time I brought the car in they told us it was something else charged us $800 here $1000 there and finally the last time $2000 to fix the entire computer system. When I picked up the car lo and behold, two days later, it was having the exact same problem so we had to bring it back once again. Then we brought it back and after they had the car for another week to figure out what the issue was, come to find out, it’s a transmission issue and they don’t replace transmissions… Now I’m trying to get my money back and it’s impossible to get a hold of the owner and we put a dispute on our credit card and they wrote this long lying letter… We’re still trying to get our money back. Do not use his company. They are complete liars.
