Great service!
My car was supposed to go to an approved State Farm shop after I was hit but they were full and wouldn’t take me in for two months. Person towing recommended and said they can get my car up and running in 3 weeks. They did it in two. My car looks brand new and drives very smooth. Very fortunate to have them work on my car.

Not Productive and Shady
I had my car towed after an accident and the tow truck driver told me this was a good place to take my vehicle.
I work long hours and after a week of the car being in their lot they hadn't worked with my insurance or had ordered parts.
Another week passed with the same issue. it took over a month for them to fix my car, and the day they promised me the car would be ready... ducked me for 5 days hung up on me multiple times when I called, told me they would call me back but did not.
When I went to get my car very little was done, still problems and I gave them money just to get it the F out of their lot.
And Hector is a scumbag

Had to have my car towed from an auto care place to a dealership for additional repair.
Elbert was able to pick up my car, but not deliver it to the dealer because they closed early for curfew. He stored my car safely overnight at his auto yard , and delivered it first thing the next morning. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate his caring , customer service & wonderful personality- thank you Elbert, you made my day!

I have never had body work done on my cars before but my daughter drove my car and was in an accident. From the time Steven picked up my car until I got it back in perfect condition, I had nothing but a very positive experience here. Someone always kept me informed as to where we were in the process. They always had time to answer my questions. When we ran into an issue with the insurance company, I didn’t need to do anything. They took care of it all. When I got the car back it was perfect! You can never tell it was in an accident. The car was my Dad’s and has great sentimental value. I was worried that it wouldn’t be the same, it actually looks better. Hopefully none of my family or friends will be in a car accident but if they are, I sure know where to send them!

FRAUD ALERT
Paid $2900.00 for a transmission less than a year ago and has the car serviced by Y& M 3 times. They installed a bad part and the car needs another transmission. They have nasty attitudes and poor customer service. They claimed that they installed another part due to faulty manufacturer ‘s part but that was a lie. When I received my car back the first time, i had i ten that didn’t belong to me in the truck and back seat and my mileage was higher than it was when Y & M towed it to their shop. I reached out to Y& M today (4/17/19) and the managerJohn said “ Oh well! You only have 90 days warranty on labor and 6 months warranty on the part. “ The experience horrible. I don’t believe that anyone in their right mind will pay $2900.00 for a transmission and can’t drive their car?

Crooks
They tell you one thing but it’s another. The 90 labor warranty is a fraud and they are a bunch of crooks. The driver was called from my insurance and than used a persuasive tactic to have me allow them to fix it. A black guy is the tow truck driver and a bunch of Arabs runt he shop. A bunch of crooks.

Y and m garbage repairs
They are a bunch of crooks thief's liars and cheats treat customers like trash like about what's wrong with cars and also makes up phone repairs that don't need to be done also the tow company that brings your car in meaning first response towing is the same owner so don't trust there own drivers they crooks as well so stay clear of the shop
