Where do I start
I have had so many issues with Hyundai! Today, my wife took her car in to have recalls taken care of. She had an appointment at 10:30. When she got there, they asked if she was waiting and she said yes. After checking a couple of times, they finally pulled the car in after 2 PM. When I called to find out why it took them so long, they told me they didn't know she was waiting. WOW!! Talk about making the situation worse. I may need to travel further in the future to have my recalls taken care of. Should have learned my lesson from the last time we used them.

Lousy and lied
Me and my wife had called them and talked to them on 2/27/2024 they said that they had two cars there that we seen on Auto trade so we made an appointment for the 28th to go in and talk to the manager Nate or Carrie when we got there we checked in and asked for Nate or Carrie then another the dealership managers so then we went and sat down and a sales manager came up and said Nate had sent him out there and we told him what was going on and we made an appointment to see the cars and he said he had a couple that he was going to show us then he said he would go get a salesperson to help us when he came over the salesperson walked up towards the front went out of view for a second and then came back and said they were sold three or four days ago but when we originally called they said they were still on site in for sale the previous day they tried to sell us on the 18,000 card that we didn't want and we were told that they sold the cars 3 or 4 days ago but yet the car is still set on auto trader and they're taking appointments for him so is that a bait and switch scam you decide it was a waste of my time a waste of my drive and I am very upset with this

Bought a great Sonata!
I saw a great 2022 Sonata Limited on the website that I wanted to get. I worked with Jed to get what I wanted! Jed was very professional, as was all the staff that I came in contact with at the dealership. The staff seemed very comfortable with each other and it was apparent they have fun as it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Jed worked with me to get within my price range and took the time to ensure the car was the one I wanted. He even followed up with me the day after I purchased it. Well done! If you are looking for a Hyundai I highly suggest going with Young Hyundai.

Unfortunately, they're not a good
I'm much happier than than I was when I was at "young" ! For the last two months I have lost weight and lost my guilty feelings for talking people into sub level unit with engine trouble. . I hope your not lied to about the price of the car, one price in the lot another on the Internet or high level pressuring guests into car deals and I was even asked to pray with a customer and taught how to avoid to answer questions and turn them back on you?And they have the nerve to compare car sales to being in the armed forces. Lol. They did treat us like we were in boot camp. They had small skinny punks yelling at us (Disneyland)and a whole bunch of stupid drill sergeants who did not know how to sell a car! So good luck with that company if you buy a car at the correct interest rate or a 3k can be taken off any car. Why won't they pay me the money they owe me. $1300?

Worst 2 months of my life ! And still going
They had my car for two months for warranty repairs. There was no communication at all. I would call and ask for info and would get passed around until I would get disconnected. I went through three service people and each Time I had to call multiple times to even try to get any info. Out of the 2 months my car was there I talked to and got any information 3 times.
I have called at least 40 times during this. And the information was wrong each time tell they called and said it was done. They tried to get me to replace a $600 motor mount because of striped threads blaming whoever changed the engine before But no one has. When my car was ready I checked it over and the coolant was empty and it idled bad and now it vibrates the whole car. So they take it back to fix it. Then they say “he fill the coolant and tightened the bolt now so it’s good “ then they make me take it and break it in. I drive it home and the next morning there’s puddles on the ground. I check it out and it’s leaking coolant now and I look at the engine and they didn’t put the clamps on the hose and it was popping off. So I put it back on and try to call transfer to voicemail and I’ve emailed them too and no response. So now I have a car with new engine that’s leaking and drives bad and no one that will help.

They lost me as a customer today. Phone wait just to ache an oil change was 6 minutes twice before I decided to call back. The reception was rude when I told her that I waited and I just needed to make an appointment I told her that maybe I will take my business elsewhere. She said go ahead and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Will pass word of mouth.

Do NOT SHOP AT YOUNG PERIOD
Young did a recall and oil change on my kona shorted me 2 quarts of oil blew my motor and now I can't even get the service manager to call me back!!! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! Not to mention they've had my car 3 days now and no phone call to even tell me what they found outside of 2 quarts low when it only holds 4 quarts!!! and to make it worse the assistant manager did nothing except tell me they couldn't get it in until next month??????? Great job guys!!

really slow
im waiting for a part, i call them, they tell me one week will be here, i get the next week, they tell me “sorry we don’t have the part, but we will send another one again, and we will call u when its here”. im awaiting 2 weeks ago again and i didn’t received any call.
and before i get for a oil change they rotated my tires because they want my car be safety, but after this they tell me i need a alignment and balanced, but after this they do it again a rotation and pull like before i get to oil change, so i didnt need it the rotation and i didn’t need it the alignment and balanced, they just did it for more work
