Not a Mercedes Specialist

Their receipt states "we promise 100% customer satisfaction." Misleading when I was misdiagnosed and disrespected. I took Zimmerman to court, won my case and till this day, I have not been fully paid the judgement. My calls and emails have not been returned nor responded to. I see good reviews from others, so I feel that my race is a factor.
