Our car had a problem on the interstate that produced a significant front end shimmy and we had to ha
ve it towed by AAA. AAA recommended Byrd's Automotive in Pascagoula, MS. When we arrived with our car, David had the car inspected almost immediately by Ronnie, one of the mechanics. We were worried that it was a serious problem, but after inspection, Ronnie quickly found the problem--a tire separation! David sent the tire down the street for repair and it was back in no time. The wheel was replaced and the car road tested and we were back on the road after only a minor delay. Everyone at Byrd's was fantastic and did an excellent job of helping us out. Brenda was super keeping us company while we waited and offering us restaurant suggestions for our Orange Beach, AL destination. Very friendly group, excellent work, fair price, quick service. Can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience at Byrd's. We certainly would recommend them for auto services. Glad we had the opportunity to meet them.

I had called several other auto repair services and Premier Auto was one of the only companies that c
alled me back with an actual estimate. I took my jeep to a local shop who is a big name around here in Colorado Springs and they gave me a price after looking at it of $1000.00 stating that I would need lots of labor as well as new parts. I drove home and called Premier Auto who when they came out told me it was just a loose fitting on the high pressure line into my power steering pump which the other shop said all needed to be replaced! These guys are the real deal! They told me straight up what was going on and only charged me a minimal service fee instead of the $450.00 estimate they made based on the original call. Very Honest Company! Everyone needs to use these guys for all your car repair needs!!
