The mechanic, Bart was very friendly and helpful. H
e patiently listened to my concerns. ie noise at rear wheel, smelling gas, dash battery light. He checked thoroughly to identify the problems.
He explained each problem and the solutions. He pointed out the leaks and which parts needed to be replaced. ie leaking rear shock and that only the rear brakes and rotors need replacement and the front brakeshave about 60% left, the fuel line is leaking, manifold gasket oil leak, both need to be replaced.
Jessica was helpful too. Since the car was older, the replacement part was harder to find. She made several calls to locate the needed parts.
Because they took the time to explain each problem, they made it easier to understand for the need of the repairs with options and costs.
Even though it took several days to complete the various repairs due to the delay of the part delivery, both Bart and Jessica were very professional and friendly to deal with.
