Good performing vehicle.

Good, sturdy, reliable car running like a charm after 10 years. My 6 cyl. was great on gas, and had unbelievable pickup speed. Some blind spots and a too-low muffler, had to go to after-market for back-up camera, but all improved in later models. But, hey GM, adjust the bucket seat design so our American size booties can fit in them please! Increase the width a little. Oh, yeah, I just gifted my 2011 and bought a 2020. Guess that tells the story.

Life Saver

I’m very Thankful I bought this car. Three days ago I got rear ended (purposely it felt like) but did get injured even slightly. I bought the with the intent it would keep me safe and I believe it did just that. Chevy tough. I Believe that Now !!

I love this vehicle. Very family friendly. Great for LONG ROAD TRIPS IN NORTH AMERICA! This is an all weather vehicle. Great on northern Minnesota winter roads!! Great on gas.

MY 2011 EQUINOX

This is my 3rd Equinox. Drives GREAT! The interior is classy & right on point. Easy and functional. Exterior is pleasing to look at and you dont know if you are looking at a 2011 or a 2016! I have 143000 miles and it drives as new. Will buy another!! 5 stars!!

LOVE MY EQUINOX!!!

I have a 2011 6 cylinder Chevy Equinox. Drives as quite and smooth as a Lexus for 1/2 the cost. Easy to maintain, plenty of power, with a beautiful intetior. This is my 2nd Equinox and will definitely not be my last!! Lee Spahn

since I bought my 2011 equinox I like the way it handles and drives and the parts are not expensive to replace ive done a new throttle body and right and left side wheel bearings and wheel speed sensors left and right sides very enjoyable car to drive

An SUV without Rear Air?

We bought the Equinox as our oldest child was an infant. Assuming all SUVs had rear air was the biggest mistake we've ever made in the Car Shopping business. Our two children have suffered from the lack of A/C for 5 years now. We can't wait to change vehicles in the near future.

Vehicle has been excellent.

After 118,000 miles this is the first problem we have encountered. I would have to say, that's pretty darn good. We are considering buying another Equinox in the future. Just hope it will as dependable as this one

Great car

I bought my 2011 Equinox used in 2013. Its been all over the country with us and has been incredibly dependable. Not too big and not too small. Routine oil changes and replacement tires is about all that the care requires. Couldn't be happier with it.

Not one complaint

Love my equinox! Drives smooth like a car, not stiff like most suv’s . Comfortable for long drives, plenty of room. Hands free calling. If I get another suv, it will be an equinox. Great car for the money!

This is the biggest piece of crap SUV. I wish my wife never bought this car. I am on my second motor and tyranny. Now I have to spend another 1000 bucks getting the timing and seals fixed probably from this other time. Don't buy this type of model. I like Chevy but they were the older trucks not this newer crap.

2011 Equinox LT

A great mid-size SUV ! I am really happy with it. Very comfortable to drive. I drive daily, but usually only short distances (52,000 miles in 8 years). We often take week-end trips, and cruises at least once a year, and there is plenty of room for our luggage as well as my Rollator.

Solid choice.

The Equinox is a solid choice for the small SUV market. Roomy with great cargo space. Comfortable on long trips; functional options and handles well. Decent power and gas mileage from the 4 cylinder option. Would buy another. Chevy did a good job developing this vehicle.

Worst vehicle I ever owned.

I regret badly buying this vehicle. There are SO many recalls on it and every recall has failed plus more. I have approximately $40,000 stuck into this vehicle including price and repairs since I've owned it. Not only have I replaced failed parts but have replaced them 2x over for failing. If I didn't still owe on this vehicle I would have gotten rid of it along time ago. I strongly recommend NOT to buy an Equinox. Worst vehicle ever and you will have tons of repairs!!!! This vehicle is a pure example of the Lemon Law.
