A good all-purpose vehicle

My 2008 Impala is a pleasure to drive, seats four adults very comfortably, has fold-down rear seats that allow for extra hauling space and access to the trunk, and it handles well on the road. It has many extra features that add to the experience.

Reliability and Comfort

The vehicle is "bullet proof"! I am a large man and had to drive the Impala from coast to coast to handle insurance claims from Hurricane Sandy. I put 10-12 hours of heavy weather driving per day with NO lack of comfort or vehicle performance.

temp. control damper's & switches

twice in last 2 yrs. I had problems w/the temp. damper control..chevy fixed the problem at a high cost to me, should have gone to my local mechanic to get the work repaired at 1/2 the price..could have saved $350.00..know better next time!!

great when they work

Had many Impalas - terrific car for the money - but recent tranny problems led me to finding out that tranny problems are endemic to this vehicle, even tho this one is the only one of mine that suffered from tran problems at 30k miles

Great car!

I love my Chevy Impala. It's the right size car for me, and I like the front wheel drive. The front wheel drive is what sold me on the car.

frustrated at times, in the shop 4 times with same throttle probem.

I would'nt let my wife take it on a trip alone due to periodic throttle problems.

HARD WORKED VEHICLE

I am in sales and put about 500-1,000 miles a week on my car. Sullivan's does everything right and at a fair price to keep my vehicle running. No reason to purchase a new vehicle just to rack up miles and diminish it's worth.

I love my Impala

Reliable, comfortable, good gas mileage, with a lot of get up and go. I've put 110,000 miles on my Impala and have enjoyed every single mile with no problems, other than normal maintenance. My next car purchase will be an Impala.
