Best car in its class

Words can’t describe how good this car is. From the exterior and interior design all the way to the fuel economy, I am completely satisfied. This car has the horsepower and torque that I wanted with some to spare. What really impressed me is that I am from Louisiana and I has am strong Cajun accent, but the voice commands works like a charm. It is the first time that I could use that feature perfectly in a car I bought.

Wife & I love this vehicle. Two complaints: 1) could use a drivers door grip further forward as door grab points are difficult to reach with door full open. I’m 5’10” and find door grip difficult to reach. 2) Find thump that occurs when engine reengages from fuel saving zero idle annoying and disconcerting. We tend to turn feature off rather than put up with thump.

Fabulous

I love this car. It is so very comfortable, easy to handle, it has great extra’s. It’s a lot of car for the money. I’ve gotten so many compliments and people have stopped to ask me questions about it. I love getting into the car to drive it, even if it’s just to go get gas, or go to the store. I will definitely be getting another one when this lease is up, but I think I will get the G80, for extra room in the back seat. Thank you for such a beautiful car.

Great First Gen Car

Great overall car. Probably the best when it comes to luxury/performance for the money. It has all the safety and features expected of a classy ride. It could look more sporty for being a compact sport sedan. We still have to wait for the Genesis network to get up and running. My local dealership is lacking there.

Every time I look at my G70 - I smile and think to myself - today is already a wonderful day & can't get any better.

This brand equals excellence and lives up to it. The car is 5 stars and I will never regret the purchase as every time I drive and look at the car I smile and think to myself "I do not regret for a nanosecond purchasing that vehicle as it is the most rewarding feeling ever."

I have described, absolutely all my positives, in my over all review, this is absolutely in my opinion, the best car on the road today. I appreciate the detail to customer satisfaction. I have yet to find a car I would be loyal to, and have had many cars in the past. But I have found my perfect match, and I am a Genesis oner for life.

Love this car!!!

Best car I’ve ever owned, would buy it again over and over!!! I’m a convert!! Such a great value for your money!! I looked at several luxury cars and this one by far one on all aspects, price, styling, features, etc etc etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad I waited

Waited a long time for the G70 to come to Florida. I watched reviews and asked many Hyundai dealers...Most had no idea. I am glad I waited I got the 3.3T version and love it. can't wait to take it to the mountains. The advertising boys need to get on the stick. This car is great but it needs to be sold to the public.

Crown Genesis Honestly Ruined the Experience and I won’t buy a Genesis again

Vehicle is great. The dealership messed up the paperwork and then I deployed and they emailed me and it’s just gone downhill from there. They told me that the vehicle doesn’t belong to me because of an error on their part. Then they pulled my credit again and lied to me about it. I had to screenshot the notification of a credit pull and send it to them. Then they apologized. Then they tried to tell me they would make up for it, by making my first months payment. I agreed. Now I find out that over a month later they still have not bought out my car an I have to keep making payments on my original vehicle and keep insurance on it plus the Genesis. Then I emailed the sales manager at the dealership and that was 4 days ago and he has not replied to me. I really feel like such a valued customer. Thanks for screwing me over Genesis.

Awesome Vehicle!

The car looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. With a powertrain warranty of 10yrs/100,000 miles you can't beat it! Love the car! We looked at BMW's, Infiniti, Mercedes Benz and after driving the G70 along with these other brands we HAD to buy the G70. The standard features are incredible!

Great vehicle

Got a brand new G70 3.3T Sport in dark grey. Great car, great performance and handling. So far no complaints. Wheels and tires are great, interior is excellent. Genesis please add MATTE finishes in your color choices, at least for fully loaded models. I have to pay 4k now to wrap my car in Dark grey matte finish, which is going to look absolutely ridiculously sick! Can't wait. And add retracting shade in the back window, just like in G80 I had. Otherwise, I've driven BMW's and Audis, you guys are on the right track. Performance is outstanding. I ripped my friends on their Audi S4 and Beemers 340i, now they are looking to switch vehicles. Add a performance line to G70. Like an M in BMW. Thanks!

We bought a design edition but now where on or in the car it states that supposable only 200 made you would think it would have a special emblem or stated somewhere on the car. Don’t like the Hazord botton being the focal point of the dash. Music goes from zero to blow you away really fast.

Awesomeness

Love it thus far. Only have 900 miles so far so need a little more time but I had originally traded in a BMW for a 2015 Genesis G 80 (use to be called something different) and I really liked that car so when the G 70 came out, went to test drive it & said WOW I need to have this one...

Incredible value for a performance car

Phenomenal car. I got the Dynamic in Havana red and am constantly asked at the car wash: what kind of car is that and wow, what a gorgeous looking car. Awesome to drive, super fast and great brakes and outstanding handling. Top notch finish both inside and outside.

Awesome Car!

I love the styling, the features and the competitive pricing against other luxury cars. I have owned Lexus, BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes and this ranks right up there and exceeds the others in many ways. The detail to perfection, design of the interior and exterior makes the car a head turner.

Converted BMW owner

The G70 is the absolute best bang for your buck in this car segment. I have been a lifetime fanatic of BMW performance engineering, and am now blown away by what Genesis has accomplished with the G70. The best part is that the G70 is a little bit of a "sleeper" car. No one expects it to launch with so much authority and sublime handling from a dead standstill. And it is still nimble at high speeds. It is an absolute joy to drive.

Awesome vehicle.

This has been a great experience. This car has exceeded my expectations by far. Not a day goes by that I fall in love more with this vehicle. I get so many compliments when out in the road. People are asking me what type of car is this. Overall I’m very pleased.
