Too many issues for a car in this class

Tires have been horrible since we got this car, Flat spots and now road noise from uneven wear in spite of rotations and correct air pressure. Rear end whines and cruise control causes trans to constantly shift in and out of overdrive.

3rd one and getting better every year

This is our third Genesis starting from 2012. the 2017 is light years ahead of where they were. The ride, power, comfort is terrific. the fit and finish is right there with the Europeans. I highly recommend this product. Now that Hyundai made the Genesis line their luxury brand maybe Americans will get it. Save money and get a great vehicle that is up their with Mercedes, BMW etc. Toyota/Lexus, Honda/ Acura, Nissan/ Infinity........they did it years ago and look at them now.

Deluxe Ride

The Genesis G80 is as comfortable as it is handsome. This auto is a head turner and although I have owned many luxury autos I still look forward to driving to the corner store, just for the pleasure of driving, and of course to be seen. A winner.

Serious computer glitches which the dealer can't fix

My Genesis G80 came off the line with Sirius computer glitches which the dealer refuses to fix. The backup camera blacks out just when you need it. The side door refuses to open unless you use a key fob. The engine has hesitation and for acceleration. And now the navigation system is going haywire. All of this is computer-related. Genesis says it's all normal. If this is the case you should steer clear of this car because it is unsafe and aggravating.
