We experienced problems with our previous lease (2015 Genesis), all documented with the dealer. As much as we like our current vehicle, we will not own another Hyundai. Due to a misunderstanding at the time of our last lease, Hyundai found it necessary to place our account in collection (1st time in 70 yrs.), causing my credit rating to drop 120 pts. After nearly 2 yrs., dealing with both the dealership and Hyundai, nothing has been done to correct the problem. If you can't clear this problem, you probably can't clear others.
