Great ride; terrific curb appeal; great service plan; luxurious interior; best value for the quality compared with Lexus or Mercedes. I have received numerous compliments on the exterior look and lines of the G80. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent gas mileage.

Great Car - Quiet and Smooth

The G80 is incredibly well built. So much effort went into eliminating squeaks and rattles, and it shows. The Lexicon sound system is the best audio system I have ever experienced in any car. It begs for the use of HD audio files, but you will need to play them through your own player, and use the systems Aux input. But, after that slight inconvenience, the sound system will truly impress . Well balanced, very powerful, extremely clean and precise. Great mileage on long trips. All the fun features you could possible use. Smooth, quiet ride in a car that also handles very well.

Disappointing selection

This car is the worse driving car I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few new cars in my life time. The ride is hard and uneven, the wind noise is very noticeable, the front doors don't close without slaming. I'm not sure if I picked a lemon, because it did already have 60 miles when I bought it or just a bad luck selection. The reviews I've read are always good, but my experience and drive aren't impressive at all.

2019 G80

The G80 is Genesis' attempt to compete in the luxury auto market against Japanese and German makes. It is priced relatively low to gain market share. I would think that it will, in 5 years, be synonymous with other luxury autos, and probably allow for the vehicle to be priced similarly. For me, the value cannot be exceeded.

Great Car, great value. The only issue That I have is the car has crappy tires that do not equal the high performance of the actual vehicle. The paddle shifters are a little cheaply made also they feel like plastic when they could just as easily been metal.

Best car I have ever driven and owned.

Genesis Just Keeps Getting Better

This is my second Genesis, a G80, and I love it even more than my first 2012 Genesis. It has all the conceivable gadgets without the cluttered appearance of a BMW. It's a smooth, comfortable, quiet ride. I've owned several Mercedes Benz and BMW automobiles in the past and yet the Genesis is my all-time favorite luxury automobile. It's very easy to become attached to it. I was initially concerned about having a 3.8L engine, but it seems to be just as spunky as the 4.6 I had in my earlier model and the acceleration is more than adequate. The interior appointments are beautiful and the construction is very well done. This is a great car at half the price of the aforementioned competitors.

LUXURY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE

My wife and i both love to drive our 2019 HAVANA RED G 80 SPORT . It is everything we expected and more , when you drive on back country roads and the seats hug you when negotiating sharp turns . Overall the car is a fantastic car for the cost and is a head turner .

Excellent car for the money. Dealership was helpful in understanding the details but will take a while for me to get used to it. I have not driven it very much since .purchase. My main interest in the car was due to the excellent reviews it has received.

Genesis G80 3.3 T Review

Great car. G 80 looks like a million dollar car. Great performance. I would like to have bigger screen and better connectivity (Issues with the phone connection). I always look forward to driving this car and it makes me feel good when I see it on the street.

Nice Vehicle with many nice "bells and whistles" - which create steep learning curve. Genesis dealers would benefit from having knowledgeable "concierge associates" available who owners could contact. Navigation system not intuitive and have been difficult to program.

Excellent performance, safety, styling, and value.

The G80 is an excellent luxury car value. The automated safety, touch-screen display, navigation, and entertainment features work very well. The appearance is well above average. As a sports car, front seating is comfortable, but rear seating is tight.

The G 80 Sport is Fab

I’ve had 2 Equus’s and a G90. I wanted something a little smaller without giving up the features I had enjoyed and a car that was bit sportier and fun to drive. The G 80 Sport was the perfect answer. Genesis is building cars that buyers want and their quality level meets or exceeds all the competition. I really like that there aren’t any decisions needed as to options or packages and that you get a car with every feature you could dream of that all work like they should.

2019 G80 3.3T

I am very happy with all aspects of this 2019 G80 3.3T which I purchased new in February 2019. I've driven it 16,000 miles in 12 months, including a roundtrip from DC to Minneapolis and another roundtrip from DC to Tucson. Packed everything needed by 2 people plus a dog for a month long trip into the trunk. Excellent vehicle. Thank you, Genesis.

For me the vehicle is probably what I was looking for, even if I do not need a car like this, I bought just to spoild myselph

For me it is a very nice vehicle, comfortable, the dealer location is close by and since I did in the past, bought from them I knew who I was dealing with. The after sale service in the past was great so I am sur in the future it will be at least the same. Thank you but I do thing that my survey answers may not be what you are looking for I do not like to do any survey

A Great Classic Sedan

The G80 is a great car that has a comfortable ride and useful safety features. It also has good performance, especially with the 3.3 turbo engine. With that performance comes a small hit in gas mileage. My mileage on a recent long trip was over 26 MPG. The stereo also has a great sound, and it has a CD player.

Best value for the money

This is by far one of the best vehicles I’ve ever owned. It checks most of the boxes of things I want and need for thousands less than similar cars. Other manufacturers charge a lot more for things like a power trunk which is standard on this vehicle. It’s not perfect, but it’s close!

Great car

Great value for the price.... great ride... ease of traveling an driving. Safety features are excellent. Plenty of leg room in the overall cabin. Great styling both inside and out. Nice ammonites like valet service, navigation updates, communication connections.

Under priced

Great car Would recommend this. My second one. Great car to lease. Had a 2016 that was nice for the first 12 months. WS not happy with the ride quality and the ownership experience. But Genesis listens and made this car far better. Was looking at others Caddy was close but not worth the money. Great value, lease values not agresive enough. Have faith in your residuals. Dealership experience was fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone.
