Masterpiece on Wheels

In my estimation, no midsize luxury sedan (BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E Series, Audi 6 Series etc..) can touch the 2020 Genesis G80 (Package 3) . Hands down the best driving machine with all the bells and whistles. And, best of all, the price. I have owned a Mercedes E320 which is a nice car but it takes a backseat to this well put together masterpiece.

Fast Luxurious Loaded with Features

I really enjoy driving my 2020 G80 Sport. Most who ride in the car comment on the nice solid comfortable ride. The twin turbos make for fast acceleration at all speeds. The car at times seems to drive itself. I would purchase another one.

No longer what it used to be!!

This is our 2nd and final Genesis. We absolutely loved our first lease and lastly got the 2020 model. The experience with respect to craftmanship is no longer the same. Window trims have been changed twice and they continue to stain making the car look old and worn. Genesis has not provided a resolution to this matter. We have experienced many glitches with the tires and alert buttons for which we've had to go a number of time to have resolves. The perks that come with owning a Genesis are no longer. Don't expect much out of the valet service. Never loaner vehicles available so expect to wait 5 or 6 hours every time you take your vehicle in. If they officer transportation, can't be more than 10 miles away from the dealer. We were very disappointed this time around. Time to move on.

Quality,luxury, and great value

Have had multiple vehicles, Cadillac, Acura, Oldsmobiles. over the years. Went LOOKING for Genesis after a fair amount of research and dealt with multiple dealerships. Ended with one in Framingham Mass. which had several cars to drive, price. and negotiate with. Set up appointment to view/ drive and when arriving found 4 cars lined up and ready for test drive... Sales rep. handed me keys to all vehicles and said " have fun"... WOW other dealers made me wait and sales person went on drives with me..Came back after testing,,,, was given a FAIR price and negotiated a little....Gave a deposit and picked up car few days later....Could not be happier with car, service and Genesis follow thru.... GREAT CAR,COMPANY,DEALER

Very happy with Genesis G80

The G80 is an outstanding vehicle; style, comfort and quality are as good or better than other luxury makes but at a more affordable cost. The drive train is superb providing ample power and outstanding handling. Other than a couple of minor switch locations and having to plug in a USB cord to use Apple CarPlay there is nothing I would change. It has a great assortment of safety features and driver assistance capabilities, and the all wheel drive provides superior handling; for a large sedan it is fun to drive.

The G80 is a nice driving vehicle. Great handling. Easy ride. Technology is spot-on. Long distance driving is easy and great with the adaptive cruise control. I enjoy the head-up display. Allows to keep you eyes on the road and get all relevant vehicle information including navigation directions.

G80 2020

Good car. Handling and engine power are good. But really annoying wind noise can hear from the driver window. From 40 miles to up. The level of noise is almost same as like I drive with window is not fully closed. Mentioned multiple times to the dealer during the scheduled maintenance. Answer is can not duplicate. The answer from the dealer means G80 noise is not a problem, built like that…? Disappointing.

Disappointed

When I leased this vehicle new I was guaranteed concierge service and loaner cars when repairs or service was neede. Not getting it from the dealer. Unacceptable and disappointing. I had 2 2018 G80’s and was very happy. The dealership was sold and everything changed for the worse.

G80 sporty

My great disappointment for this car is I spent so much money and effort buying 4 or more new tires from the dealer within the first year of owing this car. I was told by the service department that tires were no flat tires. This is a lie. The tires provided were not compatible with his heavy car. Once I changed to a heavy duty tires, tires have never flat again.

My G80 in Havana Red

I did the research, read reports, went to car shows, knew what I wanted. I was told fine, but not available in red. Found one locally, right off the truck. The test drive sealed the deal for me! A beautiful, stylish, racy red color, plenty of power, and luxury. The price, the warranty, too. No arm twisting needed. This car sold itself! Love it just like when brand new.

My Genesis

I love driving my Genesis. It is comfortable, and I feel safe in it. I also feel the heads-up display is the best! It should be a part of every new vehicle! There is so much to enjoy about the car. The styling is so unique, people are always checking it out.

This is my 3rd Genesis, '09. '15 and 2020. Have been consistently impressed with both the overall quality of the brand, as well as the company's commitment to standing behind their vehicles. I will (and have!) recommend this vehicle to anyone who asks my opinion.

G80 is a great car + fun to drive

My 2020 G80 AWD 5.0 Ultimate is one of the best cars I have owned. I love its styling, its comfort, its handling, and the overall quality of the exterior and interior. It's roomy, comfortable, and it's ride is very quiet. Furthermore, it's really fun to drive, and it has plenty of power + acceleration when you need it, like when you're coming down an entrance ramp + need to merge into heavy traffic on a multi-lane highway.

I won five and they were all been great always improved from the last year

Best Bang for your buck. Smooth ride great pick up everybody that rides in my vehicle thinks it’s the greatest I won five of these Genesis and I’ll always by Genesis I drove a Lexus of the same price point did not have the features that mine has to get the features I want I had to pay at least another eight grand

Awesome car, horrible service

The worst thing about genesis is that they still use Hyaundi service network. They sell themselves as a luxury brand and then your service is treated like you have a 10 year old Kia. Wish I could get out of my lease strictly because of the service issues.

2 years later and few problems

After owning my car for 2 years I can say I still love it. I also still love the dealership who services it. I cannot tell you how many vehicle companies I will not buy from based on their poor service department. I have never had an issue with genesis service department. I use a different one than where I purchased from.
