Abysmal. Stay away.
I was very excited to buy this car. It looks amazing, it's electric, it's built on the same frame as the Kia EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5, it's an SUV but low to the ground... but the problems started almost as soon as I got it home. Its turning radius is terrible. Its range is much lower than the less expensive Kia/Hyundai models it's built on, yet it costs more money. Its trunk space is smaller than those cars, too. Its supposed luxury fixtures are shoddy -- one of the seat adjusters literally popped out in my hand within the first two weeks of owning the car.
Then I got a safety recall notice in the mail. A serious drivetrain issue that could cause a major accident on a highway. I immediately called Genesis's "concierge service" to try and schedule an appointment. What a joke. They couldn't find a dealer willing to do the work for months, and when they finally did, the dealer couldn't pick up the car or provide me with a loaner vehicle, even though that's the whole point of paying extra for a luxury vehicle. The concierge insisted that they'd solve the problem... and then never did. I'm still stuck with this unsafe car with a terrible turning radius, breaking fixtures, fritzy electronics in the console, and now chipping paint.
Do yourself a favor. Don't buy this car.
