Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

I have owned many vehicles in my 66 years of life vehicles in the 70s that were muscle cars SUVs pick up trucks the whole gambit of different vehicles in my whole life. And I would rate the Genesis GV 70 is one of the absolute best, most luxurious, most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned.

I love new technology

My genesis GV 70 is a dependable vehicle that young and old would love driving. It is very futuristic looking and has great lines. The ride comfort is amazing and there’s plenty of room for storage in the back. I really appreciate the safety technologies that the GV 70 sport prestige has. The blind side cameras are incredible as well as all the other cameras that help when I’m using the vehicle. The price value of this GV 70 is exceptional. You get much more for your money than you would buying another vehicle with all of the upgrades that this has. Genesis, When are you going to make a truck?

Great, but....

Great ride and features. Power and luxury have impressed. Love everything except valet service option not transferring to second owner. The fact that I do not get this service just because I was not the original owner is completely wrong. The manufacturer should stand behind its original offering.

An amazing vehicle!

Genesis GV70 is truely an exceptional vehicle. I have the 2.5 model with some extras, its fun to drive, the ride is comfortable and the interior is quiet. The interior is very luxurious made with quality materials not cheap plastic! Seats are real leather and the cabin seats 5. I would buy this vehicle again!

Excellent service. Valet service for each scheduled service is quite convenient.

Too many questions and too much Requirements. Like the car because of quality and simple requirements to drive. Perhaps you can reduce the need for these long reviews. Do not have too many words to describe the car. I liked the way it looks and the simple way to drive.

Great ride...satisfied

From the test drive to the purchase, it has indeed been a pleasure. It's been a year, but I still get that look from other drivers on the road. Yes, it's beautiful to look at, but if they only knew how luxurious the ride is. Comfort, easy to navigate, and being protected from other drivers who are oblivious to their surroundings. My GV70 not only looks good, it protects me...in a good way!

Wonderful vehicle

This vehicle has many more features than many of its luxury vehicle competitors for the money. A great choice with a longer warranty to back it up. The brand has received many awards and exceptional reviews. A definite home run and fun to drive for sure.

Battery lifr

I have 3 incidents of no starts due to a dead battery. I was not able to obtain a loaner car but had to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. The service department availability scheduling is always a month out is very poor service. The Stratford dealership could never identify the cause for the dead battery during 2 separate occasions.

As mentioned already, well designed (interior and exterior)I, quiet ride, has zip when needed. I have rated 10's throughout but I am put out that I need to have a minimum of 250 characters. If you want one suggestion, the cup holders on the side doors could be enlarged slightly to accommodate a thermo drink holder.

2023 Genesis GV70 - Amazing

Can't go wrong with the features and performance for the price. Simply an amazing car to drive and you can't go wrong with the price either. If I have one issue it would be the vehicle does not do wireless Android Auto or Apple Carplay. Correct that and this is a 10 across the board.

Genesis GV70 - My opinion, you asked

Without a doubt, the Genesis is a beautiful vehicle, but for me, the vehicle feels heavy. The straining sound I hear when on the highway is bothers me. I have not had any major issues with the vehicle. Also I see the hood vibrating and I've never seen that. I fell in love with the beauty, this was my retirement car. I don't feel it was a good choice.

Need more dealers and service departments

You would think that for 65000.00 you'd get better support from dealers and service when you have issues with car or have to get service and timely responses from service personnel, had issues with maintenance app for scheduling vehicle pickup for service appointment as well and loaner

I’m obsessed

I’ve had my GV70 for almost a year now and believe it’s the best car I’ve ever had. The ride is so smooth and I’ve done a few road trips to the mountains and my passengers raved how smooth and comfortable it was and never got car sick. It’s got so many bells and whistles that I’m still learning but truly love it and like I said, I’m obsessed with it❣️

Luxury at an affordable price

As empty nesters my wife and I decided to seek out a more luxurious car than you probably want to own when you have kids. We put together a list of 35 cars we wanted to test. We narrowed it down to two German engineered cars and the Genesis. After test driving all three the Genesis was the clear winner for us. For the price you can't find better tech and comfort packages. We have been driving the GV70 for one year and have been happy with the purchase. The car is extremely comfortable to drive. It handles well enough and our passengers always comment about the beauty and comfort. We have yet to experience any major issues. We love the concierge pickup for maintenance. The only thing I have to complain about is the biometrics fingerprint recognition. It is terribly slow and is hit more miss. It seems to accept our fingerprints on the first try about 20% of the time. This is a small annoyance. However, if you are going to offer it as a feature you should make sure it works well.

The vehicle is placed itself in luxury segment but the service could have been a lot better. Overall drive is good but instrumental cluster info and noise insulation is a little down side. Service schedule and app issue is again another point that should improve

Genesis sells a vehicle with features that are too complicated for the dealership and repair personnel. Features that work are good but when they do not work, they do not have the staff to repair.

Genesis limits the dealerships and repair personnel that are authorized to work on their vehicles. Our nearest dealership is 60 miles away and the one that is closest only has two approved technicians. Their ability to fix problems that are identified seems to be very limited. This is not the vehicle to purchase if you live in a rural location.

Great value, great car.

We considered a 2023 Lexus RX 350 but there were too many on the road whereas the GV70 is not oversold. The GV70 styling was amazing as is the quality of the vehicle. We look forward to many more years of great driving experience. The safety features are fantastic.

Again I am really dissapointed with Genesis customer service

I really like my GV 70(we as a family have had 12 Acura's and never had a problem and a good dealership) however I bought this car because of the promise of good service and warranty . I didn't expect Genesis to close the dealership and now I have to drive 120 miles for service...

Great car

A fun reliable and comfortable car. I love this vehicle. I’ve been very detailed in the previous survey, so not sure there’s much to add here. Keep the seat massage as a feature - it makes for a fun drive. Also really appreciate the great sound system.
