Overall decent worth the buy.

Got my gmc with 100k on it. 4.3 v6 1500. For 5k. Ran like a champ, used for work daily ran up to 250k miles. Pretty good thought it would last to 300. But I do siding for work so I was constantly hauling heavy equipment and I suggest at least a 2,500 if you haul heavy things. It’s nice to save gas and have a v6 and I like that it’s not extended. Out when it comes to hauling heavy loads it lacks the power and I think I just put to much pressure on the engine. Had to replace alternator at 180k. Then cattlist converter went out then water pump went and coolant and the the engine just went out. Got a new engine for 2k work was 2k and tune up spark plugs and wires were 1k. Overall good work truck. Did have security issues where wouldn’t start had to change ignition. Van naturally eats oil so constantly check oil and change often if used for heavy work. Should last u awhile
