A car for the long term
My Honda Civic 2003 HB Si has about 190k miles on it and is still running. My only issue with Honda is a bit of road noise and the AC units in all three of mine eventually went kaput. However I have driven all of my Honda's over the 100k mark and will continue to stick with Honda brand.

2003 Honda Civic 2 door Silver with spoiler
l love my Honda Civic except for being a 2 door. lt is the smallest Honda made and getting into it is like putting on a loafer. Anyone truly obese or taller than 5' 11" would find it tight and uncomfortable. My next car will be a 4 door Honda-either a Civic or an Accord. As l only have 80K on my Civic l am hoping to have this one for years to come. Keep me on the road Vidler's!

2003 Honda Civic
This has been an excellent vehicle. I purchased it used in 2005 with 30,000 miles. It now has 272,400 and is going strong. Only a few repairs so far and none major.
I wish I could get another new 2003 Civic.

2003 Honda Civic Hybrid
I'm the second owner of this vehicle which I bought used in 2007 for $11,000 with 80,000 miles on the odometer. Just missed the Honda cutoff date for the company's certified used car rating. Have since replaced the hybrid battery ($3,000). Car gets 45 mpg highway and 38 mpg city.

Love our Civic Hybrid
We have had our 2003 Civic Hybrid for 12 years now and it still drives like a charm and gets very good mileage; sometimes between 45 and 50MPG except when it is cold weather and then it drops to 38 to 40. We have lots of dings and dents but will drive it til we or it drops dead.

My Flivver!
For a 12 year old vehicle that has oil and transmission leaks at 228,000 miles, I'll "take it" especially when I get 32+ miles to the gallon ALL THE TIME! Great car for in-town travel!

Great car, owned it since day one. Call it my urban sports car. Some years only drive less than 2000 miles. Keeps on going, what more can I ask for, most likely drive until it stops, period.
