Nice comfortable car, great all purpose SUV

This is a great commuter car and an all around nice small SUV. You were not going to be pulling a boat with it but that's not it's purpose. Very comfortable even for a taller driver. Nice economy for all wheel drive. Very good on snowy and slick roads. Interior and controls are very nicely done. I'm giving this for stars because of the slight lack of power that it could have and annoying post cold start grinding noise from the Vtc actuator.

Best Honda I have owned since 1989

Each year Honda keeps getting better. We started out with a new 1989 Honda (which was totaled in a snow storm), then bought a 1983 used Honda Del Sol - which is still running great at 289,000+ miles, then a used 1999 Honda CRV (through Apple Valley) - which has 349,000+ miles and still runs beautifully, then a 2010 CRV, but too many cars were "Glacier Blue" and I kept getting into the wrong car so we recently bought a dark blue Honda which had ALL the features I needed for my high-mileage driving and, once again, I am thrilled and look forward to seeing it make it to 300,000+ plus! We purchased our last three cars through Apple Valley Honda and LOVE Ramon Gutierrez (as our agent.)

A great car

I have had this Honda CRV for five years with no problems. Just the normal maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. It is easy to drive and handle and has given me excellent service.

Best car we've bought

I did my homework and spent a lot of time convincing my husband that this was our next car to get. It gets great reviews as a used car. We did buy ours used, it's a 2012 and we are very happy with its performance. We've had no problems!

CRV Service

Excellent car however, when accelerating uphill after stopping, the transmission shifts in a peculiar way as if struggling to find correct gear, sometimes even "slips" !

2012 CRV-Nav

This is a peppy car with lovely handling. It is much quieter than my 2010 CRV. I appreciate the "Economy" choice. I appreciate that seats are made for short or tall women and men what with the steering wheel adjustments. I LOVE the automatic backseat "dropdown" feature.

Battery issues and much lower mileage than advertised

If you drive in the city avoid this car, it barely gives me 17 miles per gallon ( a truck 2016 f150 gives 19 mpg). When it was new I started getting battery issues and called the Honda customer service- my car stalled because of the dead battery - they were nonchalant and said that they would not cover the towing expense( which is more expensive then the battery) Paid $27000 for the car what a joke.

This suv has it all.

My wife and I love our 2012 Honda CR V. The looks, the curves are beautiful from any angle. It is comfortable to drive, lots of leg room and head room in front and back. Travelling across the US (7,500 miles round trip in 2014) was fun, and the GPS system worked perfectly for finding motels and resturants. A fun car to drive and great mileage makes it perfect for us. We are not young anymore as I am 69 and my wife is 78. We love this car.
