Miss Ellie

I purchased my Hyundai Elantra Limited with 171 miles. ‘Miss Ellie’ has proven to be a very good car. Mpg is listed as 38 for highway, I’m happy to report 5at I’ve gotten as high as 41 mpg!! The only times that Miss Ellie isn’t the best traveler is in the heavy snow, however, that’s when a 4 wheel drive vehicle is best mode of transportation. I’ve gone so far as look at the new Elantra Limiteds that are in stock, they look very good!! Thank you Hyundai!!!

to many issues not enough coverage

I would like to say that Hyundai says it has America's best warranty that's fine and dandy but when your steering sensor goes on the car with only 62,000 miles on it and you're the second owner of the car and only have 60,000 mile protection instead of a hundred thousand mile protection the part cost $1,000 and $500 for labor. I just would like to say I think Hyundai should carry over to the secondary owner the hundred thousand mile protection. There are just way too many problems with these cars. They were manufactured fine on the inside but the outside problems are unbearable, from bearings to alignments two steering column issues these things need to be addressed before the cause of Soul Plane and simple before somebody honestly gets killed.

Good value for the cost

Good value for the cost. The car has a lot of nice amenities and good mileage for an inexpensive sedan. If feels like a more expensive car. The ride sometimes can be a little bit rough over bumpy services. That would be my only complaint.

Mechanical problems

The fuel pump and three solenoids have been replaced and it still has rough cold start. I have to return for a fourth visit. Had been reliable till three months ago and 75k miles. I have read other similar articles by people who have had the same issues with this vehicle.

Elantra Happiness!

My Elantra 2013 is reliable. I know when I get up on cold morning it's going to start, heat-up quickly and get me safely to work. In the summer I can on it to cool down within minutes and not over heat. I won' be left stranded!!!

Great value

Very good car for price. Road noise is an issue. Gas mileage has decreased with age. Motor seems strong. Interior is,good. Paint could be better. Chips easily. We have bought 3 elantrash so we are satisfied for price .

Dependable & Low Maintenance

Outside of oil changes, battery replacement and air filter replacements, this vehicle has worked well for the past 6 years. Good mileage. For someone that obeys speed limits and need dependable vehicle to get from point A to point B. Phone connectivity and ability to play music from phone with cable or bluetooth is great. Teriffic sedan.

Car brand is good, my personal car is crap

I bought this car brand new off the lot and I have had nothing but problems. I would not buy another Hyundai. But I will say if you need a cheap commute car this will work. I just keep having problems with the traction light coming on then all 4 tired locking up. I have taken it to many dealerships and no one can figure out the problem. I was so excited about the car when I bought it but it has given me nothing but heartache since I got it.

A vehicle that fits me!

The best thing about my Elantra is its maneuverability. I can make a U-turn from one curb to the other without backing up on any normal residential street. My wife loves our heated seats in winter and our A/C cools us enough during hot summers. I already have over 105,000 miles on this vehicle and it doesn't seem to be losing much of its pep.

It's my 2nd Elantra

I drove my first Elantra for 14 years and loved that little car. It was a no brainer to buy another Hyundai Elantra when it was time for a new car. You can't beat the 10 year warranty along with the excellent service I've received at 3 or 4 different Hyundai dealerships in the metroplex.

Love my Elantra

I love my Elantra because it’s energy efficient and fun to drive. The ride is smooth and has pretty good pickup. It has comfortable seating for 5 adults. The trunk is large enough to fit two huge bags of golf clubs and then some!!! Also if needed you can pull down the back seats to fit skis or other extra long items! Would definitely buy another Hyundai!

Best vehicle I have ever had. Service is always outstanding. Have never felt cheated. Will continue to do all service work and purchase vehicle from Billions. I have dropped by with a concern about tire inflation and they get me right in and get it straightened out right away.

Hyundai owner for life

I average about 30,000 miles each year and have been impressed with the comfort and reliability of the Elantra. I plan on keeping my car for many more years. I have 180,000 miles on my car now and plan on keeping it for many more years.

For a vehicle in its class, a lot of features and convenience, very nice lines, good gas mileage, and low cost of ownership. Tires are inexpensive to replace. Very quiet and has reasonable amount of power for interstate travel, passing, etc. And, how many HP does one need to crawl along in city traffic? Well built & reliable, affordable, stylish, and comfortable.

I Love my Car!

My sister has been through 2 cars already trying to match the comfort of my car. (Not sure why she didn’t just get the same car) I love my car so much that my nephew ended up getting the same one and falling in love with his too! I was a travel Nurse when I got this car and am so happy I did. It’s so comfy, reliable and stylish! I love my sunroof, heated leather seats and the flirty design of the front headlights (which is the first thing I noticed). After 5 years of ownership, I can happily say, I have only had to do routine maintenance.
