Elantra

This car was purchased for work purposes. I need a dependable car that gets great gas mileage and this Elantra has not disappointed. I was totally surprised at the amount of room the interior of this car has to offer. I occasionally have to haul around samples and product and this car has not disappointed. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a dependable, good value car for this kids or even themselves.

Quality vehicle

My wife and I have owned this for approximately 6 years and we like it very much. We have taken on trips to east coast and have averaged approximately 42 miles per gallon. We drive the speed limit in each state and never had a issue with the vehicle running 75 mph in Texas or climbing mountains in Ca. We are retired and love to take trips in it because it is a economical vehicle to maintain. Excellent value for the price. Love the warranty. We have owned every American made brand of cars and this car has out performed them all.

Love my Elantra

I already have 95,000 miles on my car & I’ve never had any major problems. It’s a reliable car with great gas mileage. If you are looking for a vehicle with a lot of room, for sports equipment as an example, then you may want to consider something bigger. Overall this has been a great car for me.

If only mine didn't steer so poorly.

I finally became willing to accept my Elantra's very loose steering as just an annoyance. However, since the steering makes the vehicle entirely unsafe to drive in the winter, it cannot be tolerated.

Safety, economic, beautiful and cool

My Elantra gives me 32-35 mpg, it has a beauty sport look like, the silver color is grateful keeping its clean, bright and elegant. I really recommend this car, I haven't had any mechanical issues so far. I love drive it doesn't matter if is short or long distance it'svery comfortable. The trunck car is amazing, is very big.

I have had the vehicle for almost 4 months now. It has great pickup which is important to me in case I need to get our of someone's way quickly. I lone my car

It’s a great car for the money. I traveled back an forth from Milford ct to Bristol ct everyday never had any problems. I had all the bells an whistles overall it’s a great car. I love how the seat goes up an down as I’m very short.

what i like about my hyundai

i do not drive far and do not have a lot of miles on the car but it has given me no major problems. even when i brding it in for its oil change they very seldom have any tdhing to add to the bill and almost apologize because they find something mild. it has been a great car.

Best car I've ever bought

This is a great little car. I have owned this one for 5 years and it is reliable and never has given me a problem. We've taken it on trips and it does fine in the mountains. Gas mileage is good as well. Handles well in snow and on ice. Good size trunk for a small car. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a small compact car.

The 2013 hyundai elantra was an excelkent purchase. The car is very spacious anf sits 5 adults comfortably. The company threw in a free stain resistant coating on the seats. The value of the car with the features was spot on.

It's a "Meh" kind of ride

My 2013 Hyundai Elantra experience has been sub par to say the least. It's an okay car, it looks pretty sleek but the features are minimal. The drive of the car is nice, but you do feel EVERY bump in the road. I do a lot of highway driving and it gets you from point A to B with a pretty nice 'get up' to it. Compared to its competition out here, it leaves more to be desired . Unless you're buying the Elantra with every upgrade Hyundai offers it, I would not recommend this vehicle.

Great commuter car

I'm 6ft 2 inches tall, provides better leg room than most small cars. Great mileage. Too much road noise. Light colored seats can be difficult to keep clean. Engine bearings went bad at 80,000 miles, warranty covered new replacement engine but back order of engine cased 4 month delay in repairs. Replacement engine comed with good warranty. Still love the car for its great value.

My Hyundai Elantra is the best maint. free car that I've ever experience owning. No problems ever ! Wished that I had purchased two at the time I bought this one.

The Elantra has never failed to perform its task as Our family work-horse. It became a blessing on 5/20/18 @ 4:45AM during a rain storm where the roads were slick and flooded. A dump truck had ran a signal light just as I approached the intersection, and the Hyundai braking system worked as designed. And the vehicle's comfort level is just as refine and sweet as the top-shelf brands offered next door.

At 89,000 miles, running like new

The best car I have ever owned and I can say this at 89,000 miles. Everything runs like new. If you keep making/servicing them this good, I will be getting another when the time comes at the great Grossinger Hyundai!

Great car but not for New England

I love the bells and whistlesof the Elektra Limited. Even the back seats are heated. That awesome. What sucks are the low profile tires. I had to replace 3 last winter. They just aren't good for our pothole filled roads. Rhode Island roads are just horrible. It's not a Hyundai issue. I wouldn't buy ANY car with low profile tires. You also get more road noise on all roads good or bad but I could live with it considering all the bells and whistles this car came with for the price. I also love the fuel economy.

2013 Hyundai Elantra Ltd

My wife and I were so fortunate to be at Del Grande Capitol Hyundai that day we found the exact vehicle we wanted. My wife spotted it off in the corner where it had just been offloaded .Still in shipping wraps, we proceeded to the show room where we were greeted by Mr. Steven Yee. We talked and I made an offer for the car we saw still in its "shipping wrap". The buying negotiation was up front with out any games. The car was all cleaned up and ready to go the next day. We drove our car to Las Vegas about a year later and was surprised to get 32mpg driving at a speed of 65-70 with the A/C on .We have been very pleased with the Elantra LTD. It is fully loaded GPS and all. The vehicle is 5 years old now but only has 27,000 miles on it, Always garaged and dealer serviced when required. My only "CON" about the car, is the suspension. Every rut or pot hole feels like we hit a sinkhole. I hear that from other 2013 Elantra owners and have been looking into a softer riding tire or even a tire size used on the Korean model used in Korea, they have an optional tire,215/50x17. Slightly taller in height but may give the extra cushion I am looking for. I will be consulting with a tire store specialist for advice. Hyundai has probably addressed that problem with the newer 2018 models. I believe Hyundai listens to their customers inputs. We like our car and will definitely purchase another Hyundai when the time comes.
