Very low maintenance required. Only replaced 2 tires so far , a battery amd regular required maintenance. Gas efficient. No complaints

My 2014 Elantra Limited has been a great car, no problems at all. Just turned over 29,000 and working great. I will buy Hyundai again from Bowser of Chippewa.

Solid Car with more room inside than it looks like from the outside...

Bought my 2014 Elantra new and it has been very reliable, gets good gas mileage, and most surprising can be loaded up with lots of stuff or people when needed. I had to rely on this car to help move lots of extra stuff between two homes when moving and it had no problem carrying 200 - 300 lbs of floor tile several times back and forth and allowed us to stuff the car with lots of large and small heavy boxes of stuff bought from IKEA with the seats down, comfortably, for a two-hour drive home. When we have company and need to drive people to/from airport, the beach, restaurants/shopping there always seems to be enough arm/leg room for people in the back which was surprising since I did not expect that from this car.

Review

Just took my Elantra on a 500 mile trip. Mostly highway miles, but my Elantra got 41.4 miles per gallon. Even I was a little surprised! Usually I do in town driving, so I knew it got good mpg, but that is great for a 3 year old car!!

Excellent Purchase

I would highly recommend this car for it's safety, gas mileage, and overall comfort. I was so proud of this vehicle just a few weeks back when a semi-truck with a flatbed cut in front of me. It's the hardest I had to slam on the brakes in my 35 years of driving. The anti-lock brakes did their job very well. If I had still been driving my old pickup truck there is a good chance I would lost my head that day. Thank you, Hyundai!

You get a lot for your money

I think overall the Elantra has been great I say the only con would be the road noise hopefully for the newer models they will fix so it is less and maybe make it more fun to drive especially at higher speeds.

Nice car, but lacking on the performance...

It's a great car but for me it is way to slow. Clocked it's 0 to 60 at 11.5 seconds. Our other car has 1 more horsepower but does 0 to 60 in 8 seconds. And the other car is larger.... Wish I had shopped around more because this thing is just too darn slow. Suspension and handling are terrible as well. My previous car, a Mazda 3 Hatchback 2.5 would blow the doors off this thing. In both performance and handling.
