Quality is valueless
My navigation system had a problem raised within first year after I bought this vehicle, system freeze and delay. I went (I thought 2 or 3 times at first year) to Keyes Hyundai dealer at Van Nuys, CA to fix this problem and they said,"we couldn't find any problem and system is fine to work." The disaster start from that point finally my navigation system completed gone for operating and I went to the other hyundai dealer and I found the warranty is expired few month ago because main audio unit have only 3 yrs warranty and they offered around$5,000 to replace the part. I believed this is not my fault, the fault is belong to Keyes Van Nuys Hyundai dealer due to workmanship failure. I brought up this issue several times within a year after purchased new vehicle however the dealer's diagnose was fail to discovered the problem.
Now Keyes Van Nuys Hyundai not willing to have responsibility their workmanship failure. Don't buy any hyundai vehicle. Their vehicle's quality and services so poor and I want stated that is trash.
