Hyundai Ionic Packed with Features
The Hyundai Ionic is packed with tech features that are a bargain for an economy car. I was amazed that the SE model has features such as backup camera, lane departure warning, lane assist, multi-adjjustment power driver's seat, both front seats heated, keyless entry and start, a powerful audio system with very good sound, and Apple Car Play and Android capable. The display screen is very large and climate controls are housed in a slick-looking gloss black see-through plastic with blue indicator lights - very expensive looking. The interior has lots of leg and hip room front and rear. The seats are firm and supportive. Additionally, the sport setting on the transmission is something usually found in much more expensive cars. I use it for climbing hills to keep engine revs down and improve the already stellar fuel economy: I get over 47 mpg in mixed driving. The monthly savings in gas will literally pay my car payment. Ride and handling are quite good, with very low road and wind noise at highway speeds. I still get a kick from the near silence experienced when cruising on electric power only. I recommend this car.
