The Car That Changed My Life
I started my search for a vehicle about a year ago. I knew from the moment my father had told me about the Hyundai Kona that it was the car for me. I had been hurt about four and a half years prior in a serious accident that left me scared to drive. I knew that I needed a reliable car and one that I knew I would be able to evolve with. This car has it all. Mike Alvarez is the person I worked with and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He made the process of buying very easy. Knowing this was my first ever brand new car, I had high expectations. Mike and Garret exceeded them.
Doing the research I was nearly ready to purchase, but then Covid-19 hit and the purchase was on hold. But Mike never pressured me. With monthly check-ins to see how I was, I knew that I was close. On December 11th, 2020 I was ready. I had called Mike up the day before and they had one 2020 Kona left. Going to the dealership, I was nervous, but from the time that I walked into the building, I knew that I was in the right place. He was so welcoming and made me feel valued. Doing a final test drive, my feelings on the car were confirmed and I knew that I was in the right place. Then the paperwork began. Mike checked on me several times during that process, offering me water and anything else I needed.
When it was all said and done and with the help of Garret who was in charge of the finance aspect of the paperwork, I was walking out the new owner of my first car. This car is my dream. I wanted a car that made me feel safe. That had the features needed for me to get to and from work without worry. Driving about a hundred miles a way roundtrip, that was priority. This car has it. The blind spot notifications, the airbags all throughout, and the breaking system. It's there. The interior is beautiful and the exterior is that of the SUV I had wanted all these years.
Walking out after over four hours of paperwork and getting it all in order, the car was there and waiting for me with a bow which I had not expected. I can't thank Larson Hyundai enough for what they've done for me. They've given me a confidence back that I hadn't had in a long time. I feel safe and fierce in this car. I will forever be a Hyundai girl and will always work with Bob Larson Hyundai because of the service and cars they offer.
