Great Palisade Purchase

Without seeing this vehicle due to supply shortage we purchased based on online information and we love our Palisade. The Palisade has more amenities than many higher priced vehicles. Great value purchase.

Love my Palisade!

Interior room is great. Gas mileage could be a lot better. The interior is very comfortable. I love the heated and cooling seats. This car needs one upgrade. The top of the back bumper, where the lift gate is, needs to have a scratch proof surface for handicapped people who have to get wheelchairs in and out.

We dropped in just browsing. Our sales rep answered every question we had and more. She was extremely pleasant to work with and we drove home a new Palisade!

We had researched the Palisade for awhile. Loved the look, quality, features and performance once we test drove. Comfort is important when we’re on a long drive and we feel very safe with all the extra features.

Grammys Palisade

I researched two vehicles and test drove the Palisade. No further test drives were needed- I had found my car! Henderson Hyundai were professional and hospitable and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. With the addition of lighting in the 3rd row, and the tuning button located a little closer to the driver, for sure I will buy a second Palisade when this one hits high mileage! I smile when I see my car and I smile when I drive it! A huge thumbs up for the Palisade!!

Loved it when I sat in it!

Perfect size for my business and my family. We fit 5 grown children in the Palisade comfortably and still have trunk room. Wish the seat color wasn't so light and I don't think the leather will hold up as long as I'd like. Great to drive!

Beautiful ride Terrible service

Vehicle is great for the class it’s in. Be cautious of greedy salesmen that will lie and take advantage of you. Good luck servicing the vehicle with Hyundai if you prepaid for a maintenance package as you will be waiting for three plus months because they prioritize customers that didn’t prepay

Great vehicle

We have had the Calligraphy AWD for one year. We have had no problems. The gas mileage has been better than promised. Driving across Ohio (admittedly flat) averaged 70 MPH we got 27.5 MPG. We took an 8000 mile trip and had no problems. The Driver Assist was wonderful driving long hours on the Interstate. We would purchase again without any question.

Excellent style, value, safety & fits tall people

As a tall person 6’6” it’s a challenge trying on cars. Love everything about the Palisade in that regard, especially having a sun roof that doesn’t take away from head space. I love the value, style and excellent safety features so much I could be a car salesperson for this model!

Great reliable family car

I've owned my Palisade (Calligraphy) for one year and it has been great. No issues and very good gas mileage for a vehicle of that size. So far I have taken a 1600mi family road trip and it hauled all of our luggage just fine. It was a very comfortable ride. I loved the HDA. It made the trip much easier.

SE model holding up great with 3 young boys and multiple long trips. Plenty of interior space for family and cargo. Good gas mileage for a V6. AWD system is excellent. Overall a great purchase for years to come.

Love my Palisade

I was initially looking at the Kia Telluride. When I went to the Kia dealership they had one Telluride in stock. The salesman then told me there would be a $3000 surcharge above the sticker price because of the rarity of these vehicles. I immediately left and researched the Hyundai model for the equivalent model. Next I went to the Hyundai dealership and was told they didn’t have any Palisades. A few days later I drove by the dealership and noticed a new Palisade in the back of the lot still wrapped up in plastic. The lights were on but no one was there other than janitors. The next morning when it opened I was there and told the salesman I wanted to buy the Palisade. He said they didn’t have any. I showed him the vehicle and bought it on the spot.

No longer a VW guy

We spent a bit of time researching all different SUVs. I originally was interested in staying with VW, but their offerings weren’t much to get excited about. We looked at Honda, Kia, VW, etc., just couldn’t find a good fit. While at the Honda dealership we saw the Hyundai dealership next door had two Palisades sitting in front. We called and b-lined over because they were both available in a time that most lots were empty. We test drove the Palisade Calligraphy and we’re sold. It handles great, acceleration and mileage are excellent for the vehicle size, and the transmission is really smooth no matter the driving situation. Also, a lot, I mean a lot, of leg room, storage space, and cargo space. We love it!

2021 Calligraphy

The base vehicle is nice - the bells & whistles with the higher packages are tough to pass up. The comfort and technology in the Calligraphy make it a pleasure to drive around town and road trips too.

Excellent Vehicle with lots of space and comfort.

We had a 2018 new Toyota highlander and it was totaled in 2021, so wanted to replacement 7 seaters car.I did some research online and checked few different vehicles but most of the 7 seaters don't have much space left when you use the 3rd row. Only Highlander and Palisade have good space even after using 3rd row seat. I have used Toyota cars for many years and was a big fan. But liked that Palisade has more space than highlander, and also we didn't like the toyota dealership behavior. There isn't much difference between palisade and highlander but dealership behavior and little extra space convinced us to buy palisade. We're happy that we have bought palisade. Only thing I don't like about Hyundai is that you have to wait until 7500 milage to get your car serviced. During Covid lockdown we did't drive much and I had to wait almost a year to get first servicing done. Otherwise, great car. And oh yeah, you get free BlueLink access for 3 years which is an awesome thing.

Best mid size SUV

Interior spacing and storage the best on the market! It handles very well and fun to drive. The interior led lights make it fun too! Excellent technology and lots of safety. You cannot go wrong with the purchase will feel very safe while driving.
