Great Family SUV

This car has everything you'd ever want in a family suv. Has the space, the tech and the comfort for everybody. I love that there are plenty of USB charging ports for everyone's devices and the third row electric folding and raising seats. I wish they made a rubber trunk cover that can be attached when raising the seats. Minor inconvenience. I can't speak on reliability of all the electronic motors, only time will tell. Other than that I love this vehicle

The service center has had my Palisade longer than I have

Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience give a positive review for my Palisade. I picked up a Calligraphy about a month ago. Since that time, the vehicle had issues, including: jerking back and forth on the road at certain speeds, shaking heavily at idle, not shifting gears after a start, and the engine light, oil light, and others came on (it also sent a panic notice to my phone). After being in the service center for over two weeks, I went to pick it up, and within 30 seconds of starting the vehicle (while idling) started to shake, the engine light came on, and it messaged me to get a full system check 'TODAY'. It has now been at the service center longer than in my possession. I have only actually driven it for about a week. I am suspecting I have gotten a lemon.

Palisade Calligraphy

So far so good with our new Palisade. We have driven it around town and also taken on multiple road trips and it has been a great vehicle to drive and very comfortable. The HDA drive assist is impressive.

Awesome Vehicle!

My 2021 Palisade EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS! First use was for vacation trip, a 1,100 mile trip from Atlanta to upstate NY. The car almost drives itself. Super comfortable. Took family (2 adults plus 2.5 year old in car seat) to include our large dog. Took 2 bikes on bike rack. Full load. At Lake many times carried 4 or 5 adults with regular use of third row. ALL WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE. I averaged 24 mpg - should be better but at the high end of marketed range. WE LOVE OUR PALISADE!

Great value

Great value and great car for the money. 1. Vehicle remote start shuts off when you open door. 2. If car is on and you get out (with Key) and someone like a child locks doors you are locked out and cannot unlock door with key fob. 3. Driver cannot be changed unless in park. If you are driving this makes things less safe since you now have to manually spend time going through settings if you cannot pull over to park.

Love it!!

Very please with the Palisade. Put over 2000 miles on it already. It is so very much fun to drive. It is very comfortable as well. We are able to fit everyone in and everyone's things as well. And the ventilated seats are a dream in this hot weather!

2021 Hyper White Calligraphy Palisade

I truly love my car and feel that I got a lot of value for my money. The warranty is great compared to other new cars. I also purchased a 10 year 120k mile warranty directly through Hyundai (not a third party warranty, but a Hyundai warranty) so I feel covered in case something goes wrong. The styling is sexy, the space inside is very good. Its a very comfortable car and our whole family enjoys the heated and cooled seats in the front and middle rows. I also feel the automatic button for the seats in the back is handy. I love the safety features the speaker system is fantastic.

My best car to date

Love all the safety feature and the comfort. We’ve taken a few long trips to visit grandkids and it is the most comfortable vehicle we have ever owned. The captain’s chairs are great for ease of in and out.

Where are the power folding side mirrors?????

Love everything about the Palisade except that it does not have power folding side mirrors. There is no possible reason for a vehicle at this price point to not have power folding side mirrors. Ridiculous. We would have purchased a Telluride for $5,0000 more just for this reason.

I love my Palisade Calligraphy

For Style, Comfort and Quality, the Palisade Calligraphy is the Top of the Line. With "all the bells and whistles" it has EVERYTHING. I purchased it because with the 3rd row, we can drive all 4 grand children, who are in car seats. There is enough room in the 2nd seat, that I can comfortably sit and ride there (without a car seat-haha!). I am very impressed.

Excellent Car - Bad dealership finance dept experience

Great car, but let me tell you about the crappy experience I had at Demontrond of Texas City where they added $1500 to the agreed price without my consent. Really appreciate the lack of effort to get that resolved guys.

Love the 2021 Palisade

This vehicle is a dream to drive. We recently took it on a road trip and it drove smoothly and it is so quiet on the road. Going over bumps is not jarring like my previous SUV. The seats were comfortable and the leg room was adequate for the teenage passengers.

Still love it like the first day

It's been one year since I purchased my vehicle and I still love it like the first day. Its comfortable and so perfect for our family size. Everyone has enough space and there are chargers for phones/tablets all the way to the third row! Music is great and when the kiddos fall asleep there is a quiet mode. We can also talk to them via speaker all the way from the front. I recommend this car to everyone. Test drive it and you will be hooked! Monday 30th 6:15 color apply and Kelly 7:30pm

Noisy and loud

My car is so noisy….you feel every bump and crack in the road, the wind sound is horrid and it whistles, the radio sound is a joke because of the noise…..I had driven a Lexus and a Buick Enclave….I would take either of them back in a heartbeat….expensive car to have so ,UCB noise and the ride is awful! Never again Hyundai!

BEAUTIFUL LUXURY SUV

The interior of this SUV far surpasses others on the market for a much better price!!!!! The Info Center is easy to use and blue tooth is a snap! Nothing complicated about it. The ride is wonderful as well. Very smooth. Tranny shifts very smoothly as you accelerate. Interior provides ALOT of space. Overall, this is the best value for a high end luxury vehicle.
