2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy

This vehicle was purchased for my wife to replace her 2015 Yukon Denali. There were a lot and more, features like the Calligraphy had! She loves the styling and the ease of driving!!! The only feature she wished it had was automatic folding mirrors, like her Denali had.

Overall great vehicle!

Bought new and vehicle is easy to drive and comfortable and after only a short time of ownership is much better than expected. Acceleration is a little sluggish but is ok, highway driving is superb and safety features are excellent!

Nearly perfect but misses the mark with Android Auto

I love everything about this vehicle except the Android Auto integration. This is the top-of-the-line trim level but AA isn't wireless (but on the lower level trims with the smaller head units it is wireless???) and it only fills 2/3rds of the screen! Also, the Android Auto screen becomes non-responsive at least once every time I drive and I have to exit out of AA then go back to AA for it to start working again. Another minor nitpick is that the front sunroof is on the small side and the amount that it can open is even smaller. Other than that, this vehicle is perfect and I'm very satisfied with it.

Palisade Perfection!

I love the Palisade Calligraphy. It has everything I want and then some. I love the way it learns the individual driver and driving style. I don’t have to go crazy resetting everything after my husband drives my car. I just select my driver profile and I’m back to normal in a second.

Very good car with lots of little annoying nuance in some features.

I love everything about this car, except: 1. Only the passengerside outer door opens all doors when the button is pressed. The drivers side only does the drivers side door 2. The key fobs do not synchronize to profiles on the display, nor seat memory profiles. Key fobs should automatically set up profiles in infotainment and seats. 3. The fake wood in our interior is a little tacky, but we didn't really have a choice on style. Supply is scarce 4. Most importantly, the highest trim has worse support for android auto than the lower trims. Only the 8" nav has wireless android auto. The larger nav screens >10" have wired android auto only. Why even include the wireless charger if I'm going to have to plug my phone in to the car on the luxury trim anyway. Absolutely mind blowing.

Great Car - in great demand

This car is wonderful loaded with features and solidly built. The heads up display should be on all cars in the future as it is great safety and information feature. Would prefer a gear shift to push buttons for driving. Would be better since there is no CD player if it had an aux input so you can connect a remote one.

Very good.

The dealer financial person is an asshole. We paid cash for the car. After sitting at the dealership for 3 hours he gets us in his office & starts "pitching" all the various "warranty" options. We were not in a frame of mind that was receptive to this. We were tired, hungry & we just wanted to get out of there. If we would been given a week or two, rather than "it's now or never", we most likely would have considered some of the options and likely purchased some. At that point in time, the last thing that we wanted was to listen to some "smart ass kid" rattle off all his "BS".

Misaligned steering

The vehicle was delivered with all 4 wheels misaligned. It has been into service 4 times to correct the issue but they have all failed. I’m now waiting on Hyundai to make a decision with how they want to fix it. It has been a constant waiting game and they won’t approve a loaner car while mine is pulling to the right. It’s unsafe

Love this vehicle overall. Great styling great quality. The vehicle contains most every feature needed for a large family to enjoy travelling. The interior is very comfortable and easy to use. The powered third row is a great feature. Having both heated and cooled rear seats is great when travelling with people who have different and cooling needs.

Beautiful interior, plenty of leg room in 3rd row for adults. Lots of technology in the display. Ambient lighting in interior and the ability to change colors is cool. Driver assist works well. Overall, great vehicle.

Great car, some shortcomings

Great car, great buy. Still needs improvement in UX dash design and options. Overall, solid buy. Beats anything Honda and Toyota have. More room requested for middle console area, and no excuse to make a premium paying navigation customer have to wire plug in carplay, but cheaper navigation gets wireless. Ummm, I pay premium product I expect premium option.

Awesome car, even better price!

I knew I wanted this car. After driving my wife's 2021 Sonata Limited, I compared all aspects of other vilehicles to this one. None of them matched with this kind of price tag. If Hyundai keeps this up, I doubt I will need to look at other manufacturers.

I bought 2022 calligraphy in January, please add 2023 upgrades for my car. Out side noice coming inside, automatic breaks noice, blue link not connected yet , no help on blue link, not able to update system software, cameras freezing, display freezing, cameras alerts not working, in correct seating alerts coming, I paid 65k, no discount on sale price , tire pressure showing incorrectly every time , collision alert not working always , bought car in one dealer where the model I want available, but the dealer near me not very happy to service the car, one dealer service options not accepted in other dealer, I paid 65k final on road price

I enjoyed the car is very comfortable I like the safety features and the room . It drives and handles well especially around town the one thing I don’t like is the noise from the wind that comes through the sunroof and some of the windows hopefully Hyundai will fix that for me but besides that I really enjoy the car

Good replacement for our Toyota Highlander

Prior to our recent purchase we owned three different Toyota Highlanders. This vehicle provides more overall interior room and specifically a larger third row seat which we need from time to time. The vehicle ride and handling is excellent. The overall feature package is more in line with many luxury vehicles that sell for considerably more.. Hyundai’s warrantee exceeds all other vehicles on the market.
