Great vehicle avoid Ocala Florida dealership at all cost!
my experience with the Ocala, Florida dealership was so upsetting that though I love this vehicle, I plan to trade it in. I do not want to have to do business with them again their online sales people quoted me a place I drove more than two hour round-trip, and the price was not going to be honored, when they acquiesced they slipped in a $4000 charge for some bumper bumper protection, which is completely unnecessary due to the great Hhyundai warranty. They did not prep the car for me. They left the razor blade stuck in between floor mats which my husband cut himself up they did not have a spare second key available and refused to mail one to me. The list goes on and on , not to mention they sold me an extra extended warranty which I canceled the next day when I realize this, too was unnecessary and they continue to bill me for a year.
