Do not recommend

Safety features are really concerning / very noisy inside/ Starts to have recalls after 1 month of purchasing the newest Pallisade / features start to stop working within 3 months like car massaging system / you could collide with a front car before the car's system recognizes that there is a car in front , but it will be too late .

The vehicle exceeded my expectations, the ride is smooth, comfy interior and considerable space, good audio quality and phone pairing/connectivity is up to todays standards. Luxury and affordability

Slick, comfortable, advanced, fast, and although not economical (when it comes to gas at least), it gets you there in a manner that resembles a high-end luxury vehicle. Honestly, this car will be your last purchase.

Vehicle was purchased as a tow vehicle, to this date the prepaid hitch and wiring harness have not been installed, because of the company claiming moisture and fire possibility of the wiring.

Have been getting the runaround about the company fixing the problem with installation of hitch and wiring harness . Think we should've lemon lawed this vehicle as it has a tow mode but we haven't been able to use it since new for that reason. We bought this car for using it to tow our boat and UTVs. Please rectify the problem.

Great vehicle if some issues are fixed

Great vehicle if wind noise would be fixed. Build quality is great. Excellent technology. Really provides value for your money. But at the end of the day, the wind noise issue is hard to ignore as it is loud. I love the car. I would give it a 10 if the wind noise would be fixed. Even my old 2001 ford explorer didnot have any noise. Also another thing, the car has an option for digital key using an nfc card. But there is no nfc card that has been produced for the car. Like it doesn't even make any sense at all. But the car is overall great.

Overall not satisfied with the Interior AC and Audio Ports.

Overall not satisfied with the Interior Rear AC and Audio Ports Location and no of ports for Audio. 1. 2nd Row and 3rd Row AC not effective. 2. Storage space is very less with 3rd row seat on. 3. If i use Apple Car play, i cant use the USB for Audio. Limitation to no of Ports.

Peeling drivers seat - 2023 palisade brand new

Side of drivers seat started peeling shortly after purchasing the vehicle brand new. Very upset with this and am not impressed that no one is willing to help with this concern and frustration. I would really appreciate someone to contact me in regards to the peeling drivers seat that started within a month of purchasing the vehicle.

Great 8 passenger vehicle

With teenager children, who are over 6ft tall we needed an 8 passenger vehicle to fit them and be comfortable. The Palisade has excellent leg and head room, good storage, and many charging ports. We are very happy with our purchase.

Nice looking. All wheel drive important for where we live. Limited supply of new vehicles. Not my dream car, but will do for now. Wanted the next level up. New vehicles seem very hard to find. Probably trade in a year or two.

The salesperson and dealership were great

Like my new vehicle, but the color was not what was depicted on Hyundai website.Was also dissapointed that the A/C failed when picking up the vehicle and they had to try 3 parts to fix it and we were not able to get our Palisade until a week later.

Became defective at 1300 miles

Door sensor said the passenger door was open. Car brand new was in the shop for a week. Would not recommend also with the recall going on there seems to be no answer to fix. I would not recommend this car at this time

Great SUV

Very nice spacious SUV it has very nice qualities. The safety factor are above satisfaction. I love how up to date the technology is in it. I love that there is a walkway to get to the 3rd row and you don’t have ti let the seats down to get to it.

Don't buy from massey hyundai in Hagerstown md

The vehicle itself is amazing! Love everything about it but I will NEVER buy another vehicle from massey hyundai in Hagerstown md. I have NEVER been treated so badly as I was with them! I felt like I was treated like shit!

Great SUV. Comfortable, reasonably priced in comparison to other vehicles in its type, size etc. Numerous features like cooled and heated seats in front and back. Massage for drivers side, lots of leg room and storage space.

Luv this Palisade Calligraphy!

It really checked all my boxes when most competitors do not. There are few trade offs and overall my expectations were exceeded. Ive also recieved many compliments and many were surprised to learn it's a Hyundai.

Within 3 weeks started facing manufacturing defects

1. Bluetooth didn’t allow the receiver hear my voice 2. Apple car play stopped working 3. The plastic cover on rear wheel axle came out Dissatisfied with the quality control and workmanship. A lose nut on the axle and falling out on highway and a plastic part dragging on highway is a huge miss. I had to take exit and tie the plastic piece with my shoelaces. This is ridiculous experience within first month of buying a brand new vehicle.
