Beautiful Car, Horrible Ride Quality
When I first got my vehicle on 12/2/2022, the vibration was so bad it was shaking the entire car and was extremely loud. Grappone Hyundai in Bow, NH determined that 3 out of 4 tires had such excessive flat spots from the factory that they could not balance them out. They then replaced 3 out of 4 and it got better but not 100%.
I then heard a pulsating noise when driving in between 60 and 70 MPH. They stated the drive shaft was manufactured out of balance, so they replaced that.
I called them saying it was still doing it and they stated it was a characteristic of the car and they drove another Palisade and heard the same thing. It was then vibrating bad AGAIN like it was before the drive shaft replacement, immediately after I left (accelerating from a stop), and they stated "well it was sitting for a couple of days before you picked it up so it's probably just a small flat spot and it'll work itself out. Drive it for the week." I was upset because no one called me to tell me it was done. I had to call THEM at 11 and ask if it was done so I could pick it up on my lunch.
I then drove it for the week and it did not get better, it actually got worse at speeds around 75MPH. I also had a slow leak in the rear driver side tire. I brought it back AGAIN, and they stated nothing was wrong with the vehicle aside from a nail in the tire. They patched the nail hole and said I was good to go.
It is still not better and I am bringing it to my mechanic on 1/27 to take a full look at it and determine what is wrong, because the dealership is telling me it's a "Characteristic" of the car and that it rides a little rougher because I went from a sedan with 19" rims to an SUV with 22" rims so it "Rides like a truck."
For me to spend over $50k on a car that is supposed to be similar to luxury vehicles, I'm really upset because my previous sedan that is now 7 years old and half the cost drove better than my Palisade Calligraphy.
