Babe or Big Blue

This is probably our last new vehicle since we’re both 76 years old. We wanted a safe, comfortable and well equipped and appointed vehicle that we would enjoy driving. Also one that could assist us while driving. Finally one that would be safe, reliable and comfortable to accommodate our family members and friends. We believe the Hyundai Palisade fits that bill perfectly. It had a hard act to follow. Our 2010 Ford FLEX SEL had given us 257538 miles of excellent service. We believe the Palisade is up to the challenge!

Great vehicle

Very comfortable and reliable. Wife absolutely loves it. Very comfortable to drive, carries a large group of people comfortabley with back seat features that are similar to driver. Has Free lifetime connect feature where updates to the navigation system are free and download automatically.

From sales to service outstanding customer service. Prompt, courteous and very respectful. Willing to make the deal work for me. Fun to drive and very luxurious interior. Many cool options like blind spot video when you put on your turn signal. Outstanding vehicle in all ways!

New 2024 Palisade Caligraphy owner

Overall nice car with all the safety features included in the current trim model. Only major negative is a cheap sounding monotone sound system. Obvoiuosly the Harmon Kardon name on the system DOES NOT mean quality!

Can’t beat safety and convenient features for the price in a third row.

We did a lot of soul searching on what vehicle to buy as empty nesters and getting rid of our minivan. We loved a used Genesis GV70 however for the price of a used one we opted for a new Palisade with full warranty. We love our Palisade!

The dealer who sold me the car was excellent. He took the timne to explain too me all the vehicle items. he was able to answer any and all questions I had about the vehicle. Terrific driving car

This car is great to drive, easy to park, and has all the high tech features you would want in any car. Plenty of storage for trips, Gas mileage for the first 3,700 miles was 24.8 mpg, that included a 2,200 mile trip to Florida and back.

Style, comfort, and class with all the amenities you could want. Spacious and comfortable for long distance trips. Plenty of room in the back for grocery or other cargo uses. Highly recommend this vehicle!

Great vehicle with a few flaws.

The 2024 palisade calligraphy is a great band for your buck 3 seater SUV. @50k it has a bunch of features and tech that my mom's brand new xc90 (20k more) doesn't even have. My biggest complaint is the instrument cluster is boring, uninspired and cheap looking. I think it would be easy for them to do an over the air update that could greatly enhance the digital cluster, so fingers crossed.

Best Vehicle I’ve ever owned!

Just traded from Lexus GX to Hyundai Palisade — more luxurious, comfortable seating for 6 adults (even in the 3rd row), smooth/powerful ride, lots & lots of features, fabulous Harman/Kardon sound system which makes listening to music like a concert experience…1081 miles so far, this will be a 10 yr vehicle for us!!!

I have not driven very far but am pleased so far. I had a Santafe befor and it was a very nice vehicle but I was involved in a severe accident and it was totaled. I looked at several other cars including a new Santafe but decided to go with a Palisade and plan on this will be my last car.

Replaced Toyota & Best Decision Ever!

I’ve had palisade for 5 weeks. Love it. Quality & finish are excellent. Gas mileage around 23-25. Seats comfort and convenience features are fabulous. Husband said, No Hyundai then after 1 month admitted he was WRONG! Goodbye Toyota & Hello Hyundai!

Drivetrain is powerful enough and smooth, Body design is stylish.

Engine is powerful enough for the vehicle, Transmission is smooth, and the body is stylish. Overall, it is an idea family SUV. I wish the ground clearance could be a couple of inches higher, and the tire pressure setting of 35 psi could be a couple of psi lower.

So far no complaints or problems. Extremely comfortable ride and all the driver assistance makes long distance road trips less stressful and less tiring, very relaxing. I didn't think I needed all of driver assistance, but now I'm glad I have them.

Great Experience w/Sales Person but Service Department?

Had to bring it in to Service department within 3 weeks after purchasing. Kept it for 3 days before finally getting to the vehicle. Did Not Get the Vehicle into the shop the first day as promised. Waited three days before finally meeting to the vehicle. Very expensive vehicle and we had to wait three days with No Daily Updates to keep us apprised of what was going on with our Brand New Palisad

Love driving it and riding in it.

Am an older drive really like the adjustment for larger driver and passengers. The 3 row seating is great for grandchildren. The power 3 row seat is great for my wife to operate for the grandchildren. The large camera systems is great for backing, parking, lane changes and blind spot identification. A couple of thing we would change but are 97% very satisfied. Looked at 5 other brand both USA make and foreign and we settled on the Palisade. Got my first car in 1963 and this is the first vehicle that not one of USA top 3 manufacturers.

Promising Family SUV with Room for Improvement

I've recently started driving my Hyundai Palisade, and so far, it's been a positive experience. This SUV offers a great mix of comfort, safety, and advanced features, making it a strong contender for families. The spacious interior provides plenty of room for passengers and cargo, and the ride is smooth and enjoyable. However, there are a couple of design aspects that could be improved. The cup holders are not adjustable for different container sizes, which can be frustrating when trying to secure tall and skinny cans like energy drinks. Additionally, the wireless charging pad is located in a spot that can be inconvenient. When other items are placed in front of the charging pad, accessing the phone can become a bit tricky. Despite these minor issues, the Hyundai Palisade shows a lot of promise. I look forward to seeing how it continues to perform and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a reliable, comfortable, and feature-rich family SUV.
