2025 Santa Cruz XRT

So far, so good. The vehicle is comfortable, quick, reliable and looks good. The only issue so far has been the chrome surround on the grille which had to be replaced under warranty as it was peeling within the first year. The bed cover is nice to have although the latch is a bit stiff and does not want to work smoothly some times.

Micro truck

Smooth riding basic truck that would benefit from better cup/bottle holder design on the doors and console area, a sunglasses holder, a better shifting 6-speed transmission in place of the poorly programmed 8-speed transmission, a more practical and usable (longer and wider) bed, standard tow package wiring, and need for more back rear seat leg room and seat adjustments.

Mike's Santa Cruz

I love almost everything about my truck. The only issue is that the rear window is small. During the day I can see the tops of cars behind me but at night if a car is tailgating, I can't see their lights and it is too dark to see the top of their car. I've seen that I can turn on the rear camera when the gear shift is in park but I can't turn it on when I am in drive. With not being able to see cars behind me at night, I need to be able to turn on the rear camera even when I have the gear shifter in drive.

My Santa Cruz 2025

Overall I love my Santa Cruz. The only thing that I do not like is that I cannot adjust the driver seat enough to comfortably reach the petals. This is a problem for shorter drivers. Please consider addressing this in your next design build.
