Love my vehicle!

Great vehicle for the price. Rides well and has many convenient features. I wish it was a little taller and that the air circulated better to the rear seating. Very smooth ride and does well in all weather as far as handling.

Great Vehicle

I have nothing but great things to say about our Santa Fe Sports. My last vehicle was totaled in an accident and I needed a new vehicle. After shopping around and checking out comparable vehicles, I chose my Santa Fe. My wife was so impressed, she traded in her car the same day. We went home with his and hers Hyundai Santa Fe Sports. Four years later, we still love our vehicles.

This is my second Santa Fe, may end up with a third in the future. As long as their vehicles keep on running. I usually have my vehicles for at least eight years. Last Santa Fe 11 years prior to the one I own right now.

Santa Fe S

I love my Santa Fe S because I love seating up higher in the car. Only wish the passenger seat would adjust to go up as you sit low. Rides and handles nice, comfortable and I feel save driving. Also looks sporty.

2nd new car, and loving every part of it. Very roomie and excellent on gas. When you buy it new, you get a excellent warray and top of that they give you a 5 years roadside assistance, so you don't have to worry for anything.

This is my 2nd Hyundai Santa Fe and have loved them both. Extremely dependable and fun to drive. Didn't have pretty blue year I bought car (2004 new) so settled for red. Just bought new tires at 56,700 miles so very pleased with tires.

2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T

Pros: Roomy, well appointed, quiet, quick, powerful. Tight tuning radius compared to overall vehicle size. Seats are comfortable and supportive for long drives. Great forward visibility. Exceptional city, rural and turnpike handling characteristics. Cons: Actual rear visibility is abysmal. Without a back up camera and side proximity sensors this vehicle is virtually blind from the 4 o'clock position to the 8 o'clock position. Driver cockpit design gives the impression lawyers and accountants had too much influence on design decisions. Steering wheel too "fat." Circumference of the grip surface too large. Because of "finger tip" controls mounted on broad steering wheel spokes, the driver's grip area is restricted to 10 & 2 position on the steering wheel and an uncomfortably limited, optional 5 and 7 position. There are no arm rests other than the window sill (too high for comfortable grasp of the wheel). The center console is too far away from the steering wheel to serve as an arm rest and allow the driver to maintain a grip on the wheel. Long distance driving is fatiguing because the driver is forced to hold their unsupported elbows in the air at all times. No effective arm rests that allow elbow support while gripping the wheel. Overall diameter of the steering wheel is too small. "See through" visibility of the dash mounted instrument cluster is partially, and annoyingly, obstructed by the steering wheel. Cramped driver "left foot" leg room. Trivial annoyance: There is a compass displayed in the mirror. There is a compass displayed in the navigation system. There is an optional compass display in the instrument cluster. How many compasses do you really need? Are you THAT LOST? I'm sure the driver discomfort is a sacrifice for "safety." Unfortunately, the endeavor to create an idiot proof, injury proof, vehicle has a negative impact on an enjoyable driving experience. Install a steering wheel that is comfortable to grasp and large enough to see through to the entire, dash mounted, instrument cluster. Give the driver arm rests that can be used while gripping the steering wheel and make the Hyundai Santa Fe a great touring vehicle rather than an adequate "soccer mom" delivery van.

My 2014 Hyundai is one great car

In 2014 I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because I felt comfortable in the drivers seat. In the realm of "big and tall" I am both, so I was very pleased when I fit comfortably in the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. After giving the car a "once over" I saw that the backseat have lots of leg room and the back has room to store all the suitcases we need for our trip from Arizona to Minnesota. After I owned the car for about 3 months, I started checking the gas mileage after each fill up. My average highway and city driving is a whooping 27 miles per gallon. I drive the speed limit and occasionally a little faster than the speed limit. For a full size SUV, I think that is very good millage. My only complaint about the car it that it does not have an automatic rear door. As it turns out, 2014 was the last year they did not have an automatic rear door. From 2015 and up the rear entry is automatic, so now I have nothing to complain about. My Hyundai Santa Fe Sport is a fine car.

Enzo

I named my car Enzo from the book “THE ART OF RACING IN THE RAIN” I am a hospice home care nurse working many nights in the middle of nowhere in all weather conditions on backroads in blizzards and rain and fog. My Enzo takes great care of me from 4wheel drive in deep snow to 75 on interstate. Heater air conditioning defogger stereo every time works great whatever I need. He is a warm safe powerful handsome fun hard working comfortable reliable friend my Enzo. Love my Hyundai. Thank you.

LOVE MY SANTA FE

I love my Santa Fe! It is roomy, comfortable, great on gas and is fun to drive! I love all the features that I have on my 2014 model - the panorama sunroof, the back-up camera, the heated steering wheel & seats! It handles great in all kinds of weather.

Most wonderful, most reliable car I have ever owned.

I have owned a Chrysler SUV, and Ford SUVs but none compare to the Santa Fe I purchased several years ago. After 400,000 miles I traded it in on my current Santa Fe (which by comparison is a teenager) at just over 40,000 miles. Everything works! And that could not be said about my two former SUVs. I pray the current President in his fits of tariff passion will not impede Americans from obtaining these wonderful vehicles. South Korea is our friend. We fought to help them, now they are helping us with wonderful, eco-friendly vehicles. Let's keep our priorities correct. This is one planet and on it the best should be put to use. And my Santa Fe is "the best". Helen Nielsen.

❤️ my Santa Fe Sport

This is my third Santa Fe since 2002. I honestly cannot see myself buying any other model. Each time I’ve traded up for added features on my vehicle. I love the pick-up of the Sport version. My heated leather seats are a luxury in the cold winter months. I do a lot of weekend driving and the comfort of this vehicle makes it a pleasure to drive. It handles well in all types of weather. When I was rear-ended last year and had to have a rental for 30 days while the $10,000+ damages were fixed, I had a hard time being patient. The day I picked it up from being repaired was like the day I drove it home from the dealership when it was brand new! I love my Santa Fe Sport!!!

Overall, still enjoy my Santa Fe Sport car. The look is still sporty and the ride is smooth with comfortable seats. Service folks at Butler Hyundai are polite and helpful. DO all service at the Medford location. Hope to continue enjoying the car.
